Misrepresenting on Booking.com. No breakfast , no coffee maker or hair dryer in room. Smoke detector not in our room, broken towel bar and ceiling light/vent had no cover in bath. Floors were not carpeted .Water stains, peeling paint, access key didn’t work, no batteries in remote for tv. I reserved King single bed but got 2 queen beds and was charged $20 more. The pool was drained thus unavailable. Felt tricked by descriptions. Extremely taken advantage of. Had to go to office numerous times before I could relax.

Water pressure was good. Towels seemed new. Units were not ready to be occupied due to dilapidation and were unsafe.

I booked a 4 day stay for a “Mountain View(2 queen beds & a couch)”. None of that was met. I was placed in “whatever room they had”, as staff stated. I had to ask every single day for towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, trash bags, for my trash to be taken, not once was I asked if I needed new blankets/covers. Door to balcony was closed/broken(not sure), i had to carry the door to open it. Picture is after my days stay. I left a day early than booked since we wherehaving a hard time.

waited at least 5 min for front desk and she shows up with a kid and a friend and seemed on drugs. Room was dirty with a strong cigarette smell, I requested non smoking. TV power cable was missing. Bed sheets looked dirty with hair in multiple places, and could feel the springs. Toilet plumbing is broken, loud constant running water. Bathroom door was hard to shut then hard to open, handle wasn’t secure. I was there for about 10 hours otherwise I would have canceled after seeing room.

The bathroom was to small I am 4ft 9. And I was having trouble with shower nxt to the toilet. The bedroom and bathroom was dirty when we checked so I had to clean it and the hotel staff was very rude when you ask for help.

The staff was nice enough but we had booked a handicapped room and they said there were none available. When we asked about it, the clerk said they were completely booked up and so was every other hotel, so he was our best bet, and then my ailing father asked if there was an elevator and he just got a laugh and a No to that answer. So he had to walk up stairs with his bad legs, (hence why we asked for the hasndicap room). The room was clean enough, but the bed only had light blankets on them, sheet type blankets and no other blanket in the room to put on the bed. If you're wanting more than one towel then I suggest you either go somewhere else or ask when you arrive, because there is literally only one towel in the room to use. That goes for coffe too, you better ask for coffe cups and accessories because we had a maker and sugar but no coffee or cups. We tried for breakfast the next morning, but the staff was completely incapable of getting their stuff together that morning. There was no management it seemed. The front door was locked, the lights were completely out, there were other guests waiting for breakfast and trying to check out as well. There was however was a little window to talk through, so we just put our keys through the little window as we headed towards our car. Once in our car I could finally see someone turn the lights on and start hurrying to open doors and start breakfast, but by then, we had to hit the road. We just hit the McDonald's for breakfast instaed. Definitely would not recommend this place again, there is a Hampton Inn or another hotel across street I stay at if I absolutely had to stay in Albuquerque agian.

Hideaway bed sheets were covered in short dark hairs and had clearly not been changed. In a very sketchy neighborhood and no breakfast like advertised.

Lobby smelled horrible the staff was laughing I guess they had a toilet that had backed up got to the room that they picked for me I went to the room the room had beer bottles it was not clean at all I had to have the staff go to the room and order for them to give me another room the next room they gave me I went in there they downsized me from a queen room to a double room the sheets were staying the tiles were stained they gave me a rollaway bed the skunk like the lobby smell it was supposed to be a smoking room there was no ashtrays in the room to smoke the more we looked around the nastier it got the floor was nasty it was too much activity on the outside of the building it was a horrible experience I did not stay the night I basically checked right on out

First day we checked in there was a security that was on guard who had an assault rifle and a 9 mm and a bulletproof vest on him I asked if we were going to be safe there he said he stayed on the property so we would be I asked if there was a lot of problems there he said no the same night we arrived we came home around 9:00 from eating and a different security man had been beat up by people that hang around the hotel so then I went the next day and asked if it was safe they said there were several security on hand not to worry there was a lot of drug dealing homeless people Thursday early morning on the 22nd of June at 4:00 in the morning there is a couple knocking at the door trying to buy drugs we were very scared that same night we had come home from a casino and it was around 11:00 in the evening a man and a woman in front of our hotel room we're fighting over drugs he stopped her and knocked her to the ground no security was called in the room at the refrigeration didn't work the refrigerator didn't work it leaked water the whole time they think that you wash your hands and was not connected and did not work they gave you one roll of toilet paper two towels there was three of us adults staying there they charged us extra for the extra person I would like a refund back I have never ever been in a hotel where I feared my life when I complain to the the people at the desk they had told me to find a different motel when we called looking around there was no vacancies around everybody wanted a lot more money like $200 a night we had to stay there because there was no vacancy are time there was to visit the Catholic churches to put in prayers for our loved ones and the people that have just died recently we are two senior citizens and a veteran of the war and I can't believe how we were treated I would want my money back I counted on booking.

First room I was given was not made up. Given a smaller room with no discount. No cup to rinse toothpaste down the sink and little water pressure I had to request a bath mat and girl at front didn’t know what one was. No face cloth. I was told office open 24/7 and went at 5 am to turn in card and the door was locked and dark inside. No outlet cover on electrical outlet. I had to plug in the lamps. One had no bulb, another had the knob to turn in the light broken off. Inside the door was filthy. Sink and large cracks. Bathroom door appeared to be half painted

the bedding was dirty, our rooms were not cleaned daily like requested, tv didn’t and telephone didn’t work, there were ants in the bathroom, our friends stuff was taken without permission and they were missing a charger, we got locked out twice, the pool was unavailable the whole time we were there, very unsafe, a lot of drug addicts hang around the area especially at night so we were no able to rest.

I called and asked the staff at the time of its ok I’m late to my check in. They told me I was paid up for 3 nights so I’m good. When I got there I was charged the full amount and my reservation was cancelled. I’ve called every day and I always seem to miss the manager. I’m now told to email the manager and they’ll get back to me when they get a chance. I’m trying to get a refund for the last 2 days since I didn’t stay there and had to stay somewhere else.
