Staff could’ve been a little more courteous and listen to what the customer had to say

I booked my room on booking.com and when I went to check in the clerk told me I had to pay in my car would not work because I had already paid booking.com I tried to show her my booking, but she wasn’t listening. I ended up leaving because she would not let me have the hotel room i booked

Had to change rooms as the toilet did not work. Second room deadbolt did not latch and room smelled of curry.

The bathtub was bent down in the center causing it to not drain completely. It had about a half of an inch of water standing in the tub due to it being bent down. Toilet cycled on and off all night long making it difficult to sleep, the tub had peeling paint in it and there was no alarm clock in the room.

Was run down. You can see the staff was trying. But things like the carpet, bathtub, doors needed to be replaced. This used to be a safe place . We didn't feel safe when the extra lock on the door was broken on the doors. And the pool was not even open to use.

There were issues with the locks and key cards. After you used the keycard once it would stop working. We got locked out of our room and the staff was unable to get the door open until they got a hold of the big boss. The lighting was awful, the extra lock on the door was broken, the back secondary door you could not enter only leave and the door didn’t always want to shut, the dresser drawers didn’t pull out, the ac was moldy and struggled to push out air, the free breakfast was a joke, the beds were very firm, the shower curtain was fabric without a liner causing water to get everywhere, and lastly there is a $100 cash deposit due at check in that you are not notified about when using booking.com. I paid for my room months in advance and there was no policy or notification of this deposit (I went back through and checked).

The room key didn't work. Ever. For either the room or the outside door Staff had to let us in our room. And the breakfast left little to be desired. Plus there was $100 deposit that wasn't mentioned anywhere that kinda upsets me bc now I'm waiting for the money to be refunded to me. They keep saying it'll go back to my card, but when? No one will tell me.

The hotel and the room itself was clean and the staff was very helpful. And they didn't super upset at us for oversleeping... so embarrassing.

Room condition was incredibly disappointing. Blanket had holes in it, the TV did not offer a decent variety of channels (if i had children, they would have been very bored), the toilet was broken, and the Air Conditioner looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The breakfast they serve is a joke: the scrambled eggs and omelettes were not heated and were very cold, there was very little milk left when I got there when they opened, and the machines that served juice were broken. I asked them about the broken toilet in my room and they told me they would fix it AFTER i check out of the hotel. I had to leave my hotel to use a bathroom at a gas station and get food there too.

I liked how close it was to the Turnpike’s entrance to Wichita.

Was not told ahead of time that the pool was no longer functional, the juice machines for breakfast did not work either, in order to receive clean towels on day 2 had to request in the morning, receive in the evening. Room had an unpleasant odor and ac didn’t truly cool the room down much.

The bed had a weird blanket on it... almost somewhat of a rubbery feel to it. The bathroom needed work...the vent was so dirty that someone wrote no on it.

Customer service was poor, english was hard to understand. And the pull out sofa was broken

We was required to pay $100 cash deposit while paying with a credit card & if cash $100 per room because having children. The cleark didn't know how to work his own credit card machine and charged my card for each room separately (x4)

Keys were broken had to be let in. Smelled good but breakfast was gross and coffee tasted lije straight grounds. Took deposit then put me in a different room than on my paperwork, with a broken heater. Waiting for deposit return now.

Didn't end up staying.. had to have front desk unlock door anytime we left and came back and there was also an overdose that took place and the person died.. lots of drug activity

The room was. Little ran down. Burn holes all over in the bed spread, lamps non working, curtains broke. Breakfast was cereal or waffles. Very little to go choices.

The first room we were in was not cleaned well at all. Looked like they just replaced the towels and made the beds. The phone in the room was broke and did not work. The television had no service and when we called to have it fixed the lady said to just turn it off and back on in a few seconds and it should work. It didn’t! We had to wait until 11:15 for the night shift to come in and he came down and could t get it working either. He switched us to a larger room with a private entrance. That room was better but the table was broken and it should have been cleaned better. Seemed like they don’t vacuum or wipe things down. The pool was still out of service which based on comments it’s been like that for some time. They had a notice that said they were short staffed as well so to bear with them on the cleanliness but that’s also been for some time as well. The night shift man was very accommodating though!

They had a good breakfast with cereal, waffles, and toast. The shower was fantastic with adjustable shower heads and extremely hot water. The beds are firm and very comfortable.
