There were dead cockroaches in the room. I suggest checking rooms daily before handing them over to costumers. suggestions: Change furniture and lamps, renovate them. Thank you.

Nothing springs to mind.

One does not ever enter a Days Inn along a busy highway expecting luxury. However, what one does expect is a safe and comfortable experience. This Days Inn delivered just that. While the facility is dated, the shower was hot and the bed comfortable. The pool was clean and it was lovely to sit by it after an 11 hour road trip. A refrigerator and coffee pot were provided, so all in all we departed the next morning refreshed and ready to continue our journey.

The property looks a bit worn. Its appearance really does reflect its age. There were minor details such as the shower of the bathroom and the doors of every room being worn.

It was an excellent location! Everything was no more than 3 minutes away. We went to a Chinese buffet across the street and Walmart is down the road! Another thing was the care of the staff and the breakfast was great!

I booked the hotel with my app Booking.com which I have used for many many many years and NEVER had a problem with. I paid for the hotel on the app, which I have done several times before. My husband went in to check in and they made him give a card, which is not a problem as pretty much every hotel does now to put a hold on your card in case there is a problem with the stay on my end and I totally understand that. The lady ran his card and handed it back but said it didn’t work or didn’t go through so he had to give the card back…so she ran it again. I checked our bank account before we checked out the next morning as I always try to and seen THREE charges for the same hotel!!! 1 charge was from Booking.com and 2 charges from the actual hotel and all 3 charges were for different amounts! We talked to the lady at the front desk that morning, who just happened to be the same lady from the night before, and she basically told us there was nothing she could do and they had nothing to do with Booking.com (even though we should NOT have been charged in the 1st place if I already paid online!) and that 1 of the charges was a hold put on our card that would fall of once they cleaned our room….a HOLD for the entire amount?? What if we were counting on that money? literally almost $700 for 1 room for 1 night! And this was Saturday night stay and check out Sunday and here it is Monday at midnight and I still don’t have my money…I probably can’t do anything for 5-7 business days but I’d say I’m pretty ticked!!

It was very nice and very clean. I loved the room! The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel in a VERY long time. Only problem I had was with the front desk and getting charged 3 times!!

The garden was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the two kittens in residence there! The manager was very pleasant at check in.
