It says breakfast is included, but all you got was orange juice, yogurt, granola bar, and it was a grab bag. Some of the bags had muffins in them, but not all. Definitely was not what I expected when it said breakfast included. Wish it had more details. I would’ve never rented from there coming with five kids kinda needed the hot breakfast in the morning.

Breakfast: "to go" paper bag containing small yogurt, small orange juice, mini chocolate chip muffins, and a mini chewy granola bar. Free shuttle: runs limited hours in the morning and evening. Maybe 7A-11A and 6P-11P.

It was fine! Actually just what I needed/wanted. A yoghurt, fruit, bar, some sweet, coffee, tea, etc. Perfect for my situation and I could take it to my room easily which made it all the better.

There's was no continental breakfast as advertised it's just a brown bag with a piece of fruit, some yogurt, and an apple juice very disappointing on this part.

The blankets was thrown on the chair in a very untidy look I think it should have been neatly fold the coffee maker and the microwave needs cleaning otherwise everything was okay

My hotel room had open beer cans on the fridge and they made it extremely difficult to get information about the shuttle pick up service - calling is required, tough for an international traveller

We had asked to be picked up at the airport, but no instructions arrived and when we got to the appropriate stance we could not see the courtesy bus. Eventually we got a taxi to the hotel - were overcharged by the taxi driver... Always ask the driver to switch on his meter!

Convenient location to the airport and the park and ride facilities into Dallas. The room was a bit tired and the hotel is due a refurbishment. However it was clean and everything worked.

AC did not get the room very cool, regardless of the setting, and it was pretty cool outside (might have been much worse in the summer). Broken toilet seat hinge. Lobby and halls smell of curry (but not the room). Lacks sidewalks for part of the way to the food options. Breakfast is a bag you can take with you (I didn't try it).

Very good value. I was able to check-in 3 hours early for $30 extra. Free shuttle to the airport (before 11am, and from the airport after 6pm). Lobby coffee was good. Good shower head. Several food options 1/4 - 1/2 mile east.

The driver was very unprofessional, upon arrival he slung the door open, no getting and was on his cellphone while driving with one hand the ENTIRE trip and music blaring. Fast and erratic. Breakfast was underwhelming and came in a brown paper bag from behind the counter.

Thankful they offered airport shuttle.

My first disappointment... no shuttle. I arrived in Miami from an international travel and called them because I had received no confirmation of the shuttle. I was informed that there was no shuttle from 11am until 5pm. This information is not provided anywhere. Phone in the room did not work at all, so I could not request a wake up call. I reported that, but ended up disregarding a replacement since it would be 1 night only. For last... breakfast. I got to the front lounge and looked for breakfast as it used to be.  The front desk asked if I was looking for breakfast and she said she would provide it. It was a paper bag with a tangerine, a snack bar,  orange juice and a pastry (should be on my pics).

I've stayed there previously before COVID. It is close to where I should go. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was ok for the price. A positive service. They have coffee and water available at the front desk which was a savior. Sending pics from 2xroom 1xbathroom 1x breakfast

It's right under the flight path to the airport, so there's quite a bit of airplane noise. However, I was still able to get a good night's sleep.

Very conveniently located to catch the airport shuttle first thing in the morning. Rooms were clean and spacious, if a little dated. WiFi worked well. Great value when you just need a place to get a good night's sleep before catching a flight. Coffee in the morning was good, and staff was friendly.

Shuttle ONLY works certain time of the day. I had to pay $49.00 for Uber from and to the airport. For that money I could stayed in a better hotel with a REAL SHUTTLE. No swimming pool.
