Smelt of weed and axe spray. Bed was hard, room was dirty, carpet was coming up, rust on the walls, water pressure was terrible. Was told by staff who had worked there “along time” that she had never seen so many “prostitutes” going in and out before. Found a black lace bra in our room under a chair. Breakfast consisted of 2 different types of cereal and in the fridge 2 Pudding snack packs.

No Breakfast, just Coffee. Hot in the hotel and my room was burning up. The Window Unit wasn't turned on in my room. Rude ppl. Don't go there. And theres a 50 dollar deposit.

After booking online and paying in full $132.19 for two days stay.., Then arriving at hotel at 1pm.in the morning. l I couldn't check in until 3 pm that evening after being asked online what time is be arriving..And spent rest of the night and part of day at a transit bus stop till I could check in.Then I get back to hotel to check in at the time they stated I could 3 pm. , I was told they never received payment even tho I could show documents W/proof of online PYMT.& Bank statement proof there of as well as via email...So being heat & exhausted & sleep deprived ended up being charged yet again a full $182.19 W/$50.00 deposit included in price.Truely amazing how claims of professionalism, & financial services in professionalism as well as the policy or terminology being ",Oh so highly stern and voicefull put , Does nothing more for a person even with proper documentation acquired being that's the first rule of thumb, where terms and policy are of factors...Which all being said last but not least , TO ACCOMMODATE, has no meanings nor Understanding either..I'm glad I didn't have to book a longer stay , I would of really been up the creek without a paddle... By the grace of God , I hope Booking .com will reimburse one of my payments back to me and more professional understanding than dealing the hotel personabley One on One.. Sincerely; Amazingly Stressed & Over Whelmed...

Phone didn't work in the room and the guest in the room next to me kept slamming the door. I was there for 3 days before and never once had any clean towels or wash cloths until I had to go ask for them.

There was no breakfast on the location just coffee and it was cold.

The door handle to the room feel off when opened. The light fixtures didn't work and one was falling off the wall. The room was very dirty, especially under the bed. Only 2 towels and no wash clothes at all.

The quality of the room. It was so dirty I asked for new sheets and blankets and was told that I had to wait until maintenance brought it around to me. Never got sheets didn’t sleep in the bed at all the room was disgusting I couldn’t even take a shower the towels were folded but where not clean there is drug addicts all over the hotel I was scared for my life for one night. Gotta do better

The smell in the entry way was overpowering, and it filtered throughout the hallways. I did not like that there was a racoon or an opossum in the walls that the staff just dismissed. Didn't sleep too much because of that. The shower head was in need of cleaning or replacement as I had to try really hard to get wet enough to shower. The lock chain on the door was unservicable. The "breakfast nook" was a joke, there was nothing there besides stale cereal. I did left in the morning glad that I was back on the road and away from that place.

The location in relation to the freeway is about the only thing that I liked. It seemed from the outside to be appealing. Well lit around the yard.

At the entrance to the hotel you can already smell such a strong and unpleasant smell trying to cover the smell of cigarettes, the hotel is dark and very low, all the old furniture, the sheets and covers were also very old and not at all attractive to even want to sit in, I'm sad to report this, but this is the real situation of the hotel, we tried 3 rooms, to give it a chance but unfortunately it wasn't possible, the first one smelled so musty that my children and I couldn't stay, the second one smelled so much like cigarettes, the bathroom it was leaking, the ceiling was cracked and the third one was in a better smelling condition but the air conditioning one piece was broken, but the sheets, bed were not in a condition for you to feel safe and comfortable, we had a problem inside, man My chest hurt so much because of the smell they leave in the hallways to drown out everyone else and I spent the night with chest pain, I think I swallowed the product just by breathing. I also had to call the police because the hotel didn't want to refund my money, it was friendly and there was never any shouting, the police officer said that there are always calls from this hotel and that. Ao could do a lot because it's not a case for the police, but in fact I only called him to feel safe since I was alone with my children and the attendant was a man and he was being rude to me from the moment I asked him to give me my money back. money because I would need to go with my children to another hotel, he said he couldn't do anything else since I had already checked in, and even though I showed him the whole situation, I don't recommend this hotel at all and especially if you are alone with children you will not feel safe, very few staff and men.

To bad 😭 It should be forbidden for a place like this to be open, they need renovations, more employees and respect.
