The toilet needs to be be either replace or clean better, the floor in the bathroom was coming off and bathroom had no fan. A limited breakfast, maybe adding fruit and yogurt. Coffee was weak.

Value and location for the train

Would have loved to see more options for the breakfast bar. Even some fresh fruit would have been a great addition. They placed us on the second floor and we really could have used an elevator which wasn't available. It was also the last room available. Hot tub was out of order. There were homeless fighting on the curb across the street that required the police to come. Guests were violently arguing in their room late at night.

That breakfast room is really not good - no fruit at all. only cows milk , coffee only one pump per customer.. at the time no decaf. 2 cereals, flakes or bran. only white bread for toast.the waffles were fine if you like fake syrup, and there was a homeless man eating breakfast ( he was the air freshener.

First, I made a reservation for a King bedroom as one was available, but after we got to our room it was two queen. As we are a couple, this was a bit in the way, and not what i paid for. They easily made accommodation though and got us sent to a different room, although it was a handicap room. The only other thing was the area. Some sketchy people. The breakfast was okay, but not a lot of options. Basically just bread and waffles.

The room was clean, and for how cheap it was I wasn’t expecting it to be super comfortable but it was actually really nice. The Air conditioning was perfect too we slept great. My favorite part was how dark the room was, the curtains didn’t pick up any light in the morning which made it easier to stay asleep personally.

The room was dirty. There was hair in the sink and on the bathroom door. Someone else used the room before we got there because there was leftover toilet paper in there. The chairs were dirty as well. The bathtub had lots of dirty marks. The room smelled musty and I was afraid to use the AC because of the smell. Won't be going back.

The location was okay but getting into the parking lot was confusing. Bed comfort was fine. The staff was somewhat nice.

Staff was rude, and you felt unwelcome . Lots of druggies and alcoholics. Stayed 4 days sheets not changed got 2 towels everyday they weren't full sized towels. Tried to extend my stay, and they wanted to charge almost twice as much and could not extend stay until I was going to check out

The phone didn't work,there was a pillow missing on one of the beds The hour dryer didn't work ! I had to go buy one& I had to make local calls but the phone jack was broken! Othdr than that it was comfortable!

The second bed in the room was not made up. The cleaning man said the comforter was still in the dryer. A while later he came in and just threw the comforter on the bed and left it for me to make. Washcloths were stained and nasty. Also, there was a lot of yelling in the halls at 1 am to 3 am.

Surprised at how clean the motel was. It was all that I needed. I liked the shower and and the mini fridge. The price was amazing

Around the side entrances were dirty and smelled like pot. Carpet on the stairwell was dingy.

The area was a bit scary...pretty run down, with a number of people lurking in the parking lot right by the door (some were guests out for a smoke, but I don't think they all were.) The area does not scream "vacation spot!" but it sure is a good value.

Can't beat the value received for the price paid! I was pleasantly surprised to find the room & breakfast room & the front desk & hallways all very clean & presentable...I wasn't sure what we'd get with such a low price but sure was happy in the end. Also, there's a hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurant right across the parking lot that serves excellent burritos & more, which was a nice boon to weary travellers.

Please put the swimming pool is out of service, then the people will know. Sometimes people make decision in regards hotel for the swimming pool
