That it wasn’t far from Kings Dominion

We had dirty wash cloths had to call for new ones, I went with my little sister and while putting something in the trash I seen condom wrappers on the floor. The blankets had stains and holes in them and the wifi sucked

The room was clean and decent. The gentleman at check in was very nice. Explained that they were under renovations.Theres was very little lighting in the walkways at night.

Pool was closed, and there was no continental breakfast. They did have some stale cereal a gallon. Of milk and I e of juice and sliced bread. The girl working on Saturday evening told me I could not get towels as they only allow you one per person per stay. We had 2 towels in a room with 3 people staying. Thank goodness we had our own beach towels with us.

There was none let’s by 7:40 and was stale

The floors were so dirty my kids feet were black and needed to clean them over and over again. Walls here full of blood dirt and who knows what else! Of course pool Was green gross and not open. Not sure it was even worth the $43, hopefully they can clean the place up more. People at night were very loud and honking horns out front at 2 am

This is by far the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in! Upon arrival we were given room 212 keys wouldn’t open door, went and got new keys, they didn’t work either. Manager or whoever working came to help. Room would t open for him either. He gave us a new room, room 238… Opened door and there was ONE TWIN bed for a family of 5!! Then got a new room AGAIN room 247 this time. Door opened and 2 beds finally but the room smelled so much of cigarettes and the sheets obviously NOT clean. I mean for the money I knew I wasn’t getting luxury but this is down right nasty!! Thankfully My poor kids brought their own pillows and blankets because I’ll be dammed if they touch these sheets!

Honestly nothing! We would’ve left if we could but we had no where else to go.

Dead bugs in the room,TV ripped from wall,no coffee pot,dirty stained bedding.There were empty shower products and hair left behind in the shower from the previous guests.

Location was ok. The espresso machine was nice at breakfast. Beds were clean and pressed.

The floor in room was dirty and sticky. The picture of my foot is after walking through room to bathroom one time. I had to put towels on floor to walk around. The bathroom was dirty and shower head was off in tub. The shower head only half worked. The continental breakfast was half a loaf of white bread next to a toaster. There was some stale Cheerios and bran flakes in a tumbler and an empty apple juice bottle in fridge.

We ended up not staying there because of the the room was not clean, it had dead bugs.You could see through the wall outside where the air conditioner was the room had a bad smell! Pool was nasty I have been trying for days to get a refund and no response from management. I went to them soon as I went to the room and told them that I would be leaving because of the issues. But they still have refused to respond to me about a refund

It's a dump with Crack heads. Rooms are dirty and needs to update at least sheets and comfortable.
