Pool was closed, and there was no continental breakfast. They did have some stale cereal a gallon. Of milk and I e of juice and sliced bread. The girl working on Saturday evening told me I could not get towels as they only allow you one per person per stay. We had 2 towels in a room with 3 people staying. Thank goodness we had our own beach towels with us.

The room was clean and decent. The gentleman at check in was very nice. Explained that they were under renovations.Theres was very little lighting in the walkways at night.

The bed, the toilet didn't flush unless you hold the handle down long. The breakfast was just toast and the butter was hard. The coffee was awful and they didn't have the right size cups, the coffee was overflowing

It was dirty, holes in walls, holes above shower. Dirt on floor and in the corners like it wasn't vacuumed, and saw 1 bug, TV didn't work, wifi didn't work. We didn't say anything to managers or try to get another room, because we were just that tired we said screw it.

The door to our room was peeling paint..and rusted. The capomissing off the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Long black hair on my towel..which was NOT mine. AC ran on 61 for hours and room still wasn't cool All 3 speeds on AC ran the same. Curtains were dry rotted..sticking to windows. Said breakfast included, which consisted of cold coffee and stale bread for toast. The food area was a complete mess.. cereal every where..spilled milk and trash overflowing on to the floor. We only booked this room to sleep in,so I wasn't expecting much, but the general area was sketchy..broke down white truck up on blocks in the lot. Pool was green..grass had clearly not been mowed in weeks. And the lock on our door was broken. We .ade it work, however. I would not stay here again knowing the other choices in the area now. Also the shower head was adjustable but ours was stuck in one position, with only one stream of water coming out. Hot water was good tho

Bathroom door was falling off hinges, Smoke alarm was hanging out of ceiling, Cigarette burns in our sheets found the next morning in our supposably non-smoking room. Shower head was broken. Front walk way to get to our room was felt as though it was slanting and falling forward. Dirty boots outside our door for our entire stay, not sure if they were left by another guest or a worker.

I made the reservation on line and on the fly as we were on the highway. Upon arrival the clerk couldn’t find the reservation…. Big back and forth until I just asked for any room he had. When going to the room, it was LITERALLY destroyed. So we had to go back and get another room. The place was full of drunks and the stink of marihuana was overwhelming. It did not feel safe to walk to the rooms. The room had bugs but at that point we were so tired that we just slept with lights on. My bed smelled like urine. FOR REAL. There was only a small sachet of shampoo… not enough for 1 person… we were 2 adults and a child. Breakfast was never served. Management has all food hidden. I had to ask a worker to help me. He gave me 4 loaves of bread. That is all he could find. There was no butter available and no juice. The worker was super nice but didn’t speak English. This is not a 2 star hotel. Not sure if it deserves half of a star

The room was not clean we had to change rooms because the first one we got tv did not work. The phone didn't work for me to call the front desk and the room had a lot of water damage on the ceiling to where it was about to fall in so we switched rooms the second room was better but they're cleaning they need to work on very bad.
