The hot water in the sink in the room smelled really bad. It got kinda loud in the evening

The one issue we had was being able to clearly hear the family next to us through the door that connected our rooms. I could hear children yelling, loud banging and people talking loud. But once they calmed down the room was quiet.

Nice location to the UFO festival, close enough to walk to the festival. Room was clean, had amenities such as shampoo , conditioner, body wash, lotion in dispensers in the bathroom/shower. It was very convenient so we didn’t have to use our own. Check in/check out was fast and the front desk staff was nice and knowledgeable. The outdoor pool was adequate. Wi-fi was great and plenty of parking. Don’t know about the breakfast since we checked out early. Will definitely stay there again.

The building was older and could use some help. The door to my room was difficult to open and close and the stair treads were loose on some of the steps.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. They breakfast food was appetizing and served in a clean environment.

The location. 5am..police cars,ambulance rushing by. I understand but that startled the two dogs in rooms around us. Then more. And more. I hope people were ok. Just as everything settled down...right under us a diesel LARGE TRUCK started.which started the dogs barking. I can't blame them But maybe a blick of rooms for those with no animals? My husband is deaf so he slept...but ,I had a rough day.

The motel was full. They are an animal accepting motel. Which is ok until... It was clean. A different cleaning smell in the room but it was vlean. Beds were ok. We had just driven 1100miles so we were ready for sleep. The breakfast food was good.

It was very noisy both with the road and also could hear other guests next door and clearly enough to hear conversations. Towels could do with some fabric conditioner as were like sandpaper

Location was good for Roswell, close to downtown. A very lovely welcome from reception and was given information about things to do in Roswell. Comfortable bed and nice shower

Good location - possible to walk to the city center and there are a few good restaurants nearby. Smooth check-in and check-out. Clean room and standard American complimentary breakfast.
