Online says they have a heated indoor pool. They haven't had a pool for a least 2 years. We stayed for the pool that they didn't have. Really disappointing for a 5-year-old after driving 5hrs thinking he is going to get to swim.

It was obvious that it was an older hotel that had had some renovations, but definitely needed much more. the walls need painted very badly, the furniture looked like something from the roaring 20s or 30s. I needed space for business work. While there was a table for my laptop, I had to pull it to the end of the bed and sit on the foot of the bed. There wasn't an office type chair and the chair that was there, sank down when sitting therefore could not be used at the table. When I plugged my laptop into the outlet, it popped the reset button on the outlet. All in all, it made it difficult to work.

The staff was very courteous and pleasant.

This trip, my key wouldn't stay activated. It was annoying, but not the end of the world. Electronics aren't the best, and the staff was always quick to get it activated. They were always pleasant, even the one day I got a little short about it. My apologies to that lady!

I used to live in the area and have to come back for kid exchanges and other visits. I always use this location. It is very outdated, but comfortable. I always enjoy my stays, the staff is always very nice, and if I ever have an issue they do what they can to accommodate. This trip, the only issue I had was my room key wouldn't stay activated. I had to go to the desk every day, which was a tad annoying. It is unfortunate the pool isn't open. That should be updated on this locations website. If you're looking for a place to stay in the middle of trip, this place is fine. If you're a tourist in town, you'll spend most of your time out of the room and the price is right. I drop my kids off and spend a quiet weekend alone in the room and it is just fine. 🙂 I will see the staff again for summer drop off!

It needs some updating, there was mold in the bathroom, the room was dingy. It was clean but looked like it needed a deep cleaning. The Coffee was good with a few selections of creamer. the breakfast was left lots to be desired. it was a grab and go with two sandwich choices, and two juice choices. Whole place looked questionable, nothing like the pictures. traveled with two small children and would have preferred something less sketchy looking.

The staff and the beds were the only good things about this hotel.

I did the pre check in so I could just grab the room keys upon arrival. When I got there I had to do all the paperwork anyway. So, don't bother with pre check in.

When we arrived, I was told they were overbooked & that there were 16 rooms that were down. They were able to get one of these rooms fixed & the room itself was ok. All was just ok, a 5 out of 10.

Room was pricy for what you got Dog fee was pricy. Outside area wasn't too inviting Broken ice machine. The desk clerk did give me a little bit of ice from a bag from office fridge. I mean little bit, about a third of the ice container full. Seems like she didn't want to give me more. Broken toilet in room, had to move everything to another room. Breakfast was skimpy. Frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches that had to be heated. No waffle machine

The pillows weren't firm they were to soft. Bathroom mirror was dirty.the blanket had a hole in it.didnt have any big towels in the bathroom.
