EV chargers were blocked by gas cars. Paying for them was confusing. Elevators were too small and uncomfortable.

Breakfast was good. The swimming pool was clean and in good condition.

Everything was pretty clean for the most part! However linen and overall cleaning can be improved.

Conveniently located near stores and highways! Staff are super nice and helpful, especially the front desk. Included breakfast is consistently good and refilled promptly. Can’t complain on that!

While the fitness room had several different things it was missing 40s,45s,50s dumbbells

The bed was super comfortable. Perhaps one of most comfortable I’ve spelt on in awhile.

The first night, there were dogs on the floor below us that kept barking. This hotel allows pets, so I get that, but we could hear them very well through the floor. There was also a group of people down the hall who were pretty loud off and on Saturday late night, including a small child. The mattress had a big dip on the one side.

It was close to our destination and to local restaurants; hot breakfast; fitness center; staff were very nice and welcoming; clean; could not hear noises through the walls from the rooms next to us; good selection of channels on the TV; didn't use the pool but it was a nice option

The room had an old coffee cup next to the tv. Could have been housekeeping, but there was an empty bottle of a sports drink under the skirt of bed. The shower didn’t drain properly it leaves a large puddle of water right before the drain. Only 1 washer and 1 dryer work for the guest. Upon checking out staff accused us of vaping in the room.

Very Nice place and breakfast was great here.

Dont have good management Not that clean The washing room was always wet because flooding the drainage Gove us the wrong time for breakfast for the first day.. second day They remove breakfast before the time end because they have other things to do

The waffle mix drained from the container slowly, the toilet flush was weak for eco reasons, water pressure from shower was somewhat weak but from the sink was way too strong, and the water got warm but not hot. One elevator was offline. Some guests were obnoxious and/or loitering outside, but generally not an issue and there were no noise issues at night.

Breakfast was good, room and facilities were clean, and the room was outfitted very nicely with dishware, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and stove. Staff were nice. The bed was comfortable and the room had two sets of blackout shades over the window if you're sleeping during daylight hours. Everything seemed new and high quality. Plenty of parking.

The bed was pretty bad, the mattress was not comfortable for us, it shifted and seemed to fall off the platform on our second night, the bathroom is very small and was not the one pictured when I booked. We were on the first floor so not sure if others have been renovated or not. Also the towels had stains on them, you can tell they had been washed and were clean, just a little worn and stained

Overall we had a good stay, clean hotel and clean room, attentive staff and the location was close to the main street for things to do and places to eat. Breakfast had good options and the room itself was spacious

The chairs in the kitchen area were very LOUD when moved! A rug underneath the table and chairs would greatly cut down the noise when the chairs are pushed in/out. The breakfast definitely needs work! The options were not that great and did not look appetizing at all. The time period for the breakfast may also need to be expanded - it's only 2 hours, from 7am -9pm

There was a hand mirror which could be taken out of the bathroom for use in better light. There were two air units so AC could be adjusted in either room. Staff was very friendly and helpful - gave complimentary water.
