    La ubicación del hotel muy cerca a varias cosas en carro

    No asaron la habitación no tenían toallas el personal era no hay y punto .

    La cama es muy cómoda. Dos rollos de papel de baño. El aire acondicionado enfría muy bien.

    Él precio es muy alto por noche para un hotel de dos estrellas. No tienen elevador funcional y tienes que cargar las maletas por las escaleras. La ubicación no es ideal si el plan es utilizar el transporte público. El personal del mostrador es muy poco amable y muy poco cooperativo. No resguardan maletas después del checkout. No sirve su máquina de hielo. No hay desayuno. No hicieron mi habitación en ninguno de los dos días que estuve ahí. No hay caja fuerte ni cajones.

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.
