too much garbage on the facility

I woke up bites all over me that i KNOW i didn’t have prior to sleeping on that bed. i was very disappointed at this, im not sure if it was a bad batch of laundry or what but i was not happy at all.

my husband usually come here often to spend a night so we won’t have to travel so far home. It’s convenient and affordable.

The room was disgusting. Bed had what looked like blood on it. The vents were covered in dust and stuff. Lamp shade had stains. Shower head had mold or something on it. The floor felt like it had never been vacuumed. The key card did not work, had to ask multiple times for help to get it to work. Vending machines ate our money, never gave out what we purchased. The so called breakfast that is included was bagels and coffee. We asked for extra pillows and towels and were told they did not have access to them, we would have to wait for housekeeping to come which is every other day. The walls are paper thin, was woken up multiple times in middle of the night.

The price was good. But you get what you pay for. The staff unhelpful most of the time but always had a smile and very friendly.

The walls are very thin. People were coming into rooms at all hours of the night. You could hear them dropping stuff on the floor. We could hear people having sex at 230am. And I was traveling with my 17 year old daughter and that wakes us up.

The staff Andrea was very receptive. I would say he was the only “good” that I experienced at this hotel. Management really needs to step up their game and up this hotel to a better standard, so it does not go to waste.

The place is old and so are the rooms and the amenities. The bathroom vent was visibly dusty. There was a roach in the tub while trying to take a shower which was disgustingly awful. The water was either extremely cold or extremely hot which made it very difficult to take a bath. It was a very unpleasant experience. I definitely will not be coming back.

When traveling with a friend, the ventilation slats in the door made using the bathroom awkward. I was most disturbed by the air intake above the bath tub. It was coated in a thick layer of dust and dirt. Clearly it had not been cleaned in some time. Disgusting! I would not shower there.

BED BUGS!

Property was basic which is what I was expecting. What I did not expect was BED BUGS. Reported to City of Parsippany and they are sending an expector.

The rooms were respectable. The lobby interior could use a refresh… Paint even just needs to be brighter and more welcoming. The front desk had a motel feel.

The outside of the property was incredibly unkempt. There is no maintenance regarding the exterior.

Midnight arrival. First room key cards given to us did not work. Trudged back to reception. Second set of cards did not work. Back to reception to ask attendant to open room for us. Didn't work. He switched us to a room across the hall. This was tiresome and unnecessary at midnight. Fix key cards and their programming, please.

Head Maid unfriendly

Decent price but employees not very welcoming. My room had 3 hangers and I asked for 2 more. Nope! Ice machine broken. Same unfriendly employee (maintenance worker woman) said sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.

The breakfast could have more options. The main lob has no ventilation. The room is old with not enough lights. The front desk attendants are always with a bad face looking like they are making us a favor and we were there for free.

It is close to some stores and gas station.
