Rooms were small, bathroom small and hard beds with sheets that were too small for bed..

Door didn't lock told staff they said they didn't have a maintenance person 5 cars in whole parking lot and wouldn't even move use to a room that locks asked housekeeping for towels she rolled her eyes and never brought us any housekeepers was speeding throw the parking lot in their cars right next to pool and play ground oh and AC that actually works that little AC they got only cooled half the room good thing we wasn't there much

The pool was nice and the rooms were decent fresh paint was nice but smell was strong .the little play ground was also nice

The pool is still not open! That's the one thing everyone looks forward to, especially us. It's been one thing after another with it. The housekeepers are great. However, the office staff is iffy... They are remodeling and do not care about you or your children in the process. I think maybe they should just tear the building down and start fresh instead of putting band-aid on things and expecting people to think that they are doing a great remodeling job. Fridges has mold, no phone, tvs don't work, cable in and out...It's ridiculous

The only thing we really enjoy since we are still here is the low rates.

We left expensive medicine there. Called after departure and front desk could not have cared less. Not sure she even inquired. Told exactly where it was( refrigerator) she said would get back to us and never another word. Bottom floor was being remolded. Had some construction workers living there. They were nice and quiet though.

The bed was not as comfortable, and the pillows were even less comfortable, but I guess I should not expect more for the price. Also, I understood that it had a hot tub and a pool. I probably misread it. Sometimes, people walking on the upper level make noise when they walk.

Breakfast was good, actually better than I expected.

The toilet seats were all loose and could cause an accident. The carpets were dirty. The maids could do a little better. I didn't like that the beds weren't made up each day and trash took out. We asked for more towels and they were just sitting at the door when we came back in at 11pm.

The manager was very nice. The food was ok.

There were all dead bugs everywhere on the carpet and lot of dust as if uncleaned from sometime. Refrigerator had a broken wine bottle and dirty.

Staff initially gave me a room key for someone else's room, blamed it on the computer system showing the person as a no show when in fact the guest was there. Staffed apologized and fixed the problem. The fridge in the room smelled before I turned the fridge on. The room door wasn't sealed and let cold air in and the lock mechanism was loose. The door locked, but didn't like how it was still lose and didn't feel safe.

Bed was comfortable; Bathroom was clean. Liked there was a microwave and fridge in the room. It was centrally located to my destination. Staff was friendly

Booked a Queen handicap room, was confirmed. Got there, went to room was a two double bed room. Told clerk, she said that is what they considered a queen. NO. She lied, told me she was left to deal with nasty customers and finally found us a king room. Said that was all she had left. Hair dryer overheated and smoked, no coffee pot. Clerk told us no maid service if you stayed for more than 1 night and we had to take our dirty towels to front to get clean towels as there was no maid service second day. Same price though! Will NEVER stay here again.
