Room seemed fine at first until I started trying to use some of the electronics. Fridge barely worked, microwave didn't turn on even though it was plugged in, and tv didn't work either. Let the front desk lady know and was trying to get a different room. I was told "I'll get my husband to go up and check" he never came and we never got another room. Bed frame sounded half broken, toilet kept clogging up, and towel rack hanging off the wall. We atleast had clean towels and sheets.

Property was at a convenient location.

There was no breakfast as advertised. They had no plasticware. They offered nothing so we had to go buy everything to accommodate ourselves in the room.

It ran down, and they had no room keys. I had to be let in and out each time. I was warned and given the opportunity to stay elsewhere. Was promised they get me a room key in the afternoon they never did get one.

Towels were dirty need to be updated!! Pillow cases were stained, not vacuumed, lobby was full of trash, microwave was absolutely dirty cleaned it myself. Seems like housekeeping is needed.

The beds have springs the hurt when you lay down. The pillows are small and only had 3 in a king size bed for 2 people. The sheets and towels were yellow and stained. The floors were not vacuumed. When I first arrived, no one was behind the counter and no sign or bell to ring. The furniture in the lobby for guests are stained. The building looks like it is out of business. I would have rather paid $30 a night than $50 a night and I would not use this motel again. I thought it would have been a little better than that!

Once I checked in and got my room. As entering you could tell that they didn’t even clean the room from the previous person that stayed in that room. Bed was not made, dirty socks were on the floor. Went to front desk to request a different room, they said they were fully booked so I cancelled my stay they couldn’t provide a cancellation receipt. Still got charged for both days that were to be intended. Haven’t gotten a refund. I tried calling property and no one answers.

TV broke, heater broke, bathroom light broke, bed not clean, something in toilet can't identify cause no light, sink had cigarettes butt in it, not sure if fridge work or not. All this after changing from 1st room cause it wasn't serviced before I checked in. I'm not the only person with the same issue within the same hr

The doors to get to the inside middle were all locked and no signs for directions were posted, the first room I was in, the tv did not work, nor did the bathroom light, the second room had no hot water, I ended up not staying and just left.

Hot water was less the worm. Breakfast was never served. Bathroom had holes in shower. Shower curtain rod was 75% detatched. TV didn't turn on. Plows wher the worst I've ever seen. I requested to pay apon arrivel to use a different card they charged the wrong card
