My breakfast only consisted of muffins and coffee and hot cocoa. The room we had smelled of mildew and the floors were sticky. The building needs a remodel. The hot tub water had a green tint to it and the pool didn't look much cleaner.

The beds are very hard, the usb cord was broke for the tv couldn’t watch tv, the bathroom light switch was bad had to giggle to get light on. The beds had normal sheets not fitted sheets so sheets moved bathroom is tiny. Room next to us had a dog that kept barking. The stairs to get upstairs were loose and wiggly. The whole hotel just needs to be updated especially for the prices they charge for rooms.

we were told that the rooms were renovated and for the most part they are, except they're not completed. there are holes in the walls, spider webs on the light fixtures, the lighting is mediocre in the bathroom which could be a hazard to someone who has vision problems. On our last night there, the hotel lost power, all power. thank goodness it was a cool day the day we left because without air conditioning in those rooms, they are suffocatingly hot the "breakfast" is NOT "breakfast"; there were muffins and old coffee provided. it should not be marketed or advertised as free breakfast the pool was clean, the hot tub was NOT. the hot tub was gross, with white chunks and foaming stuff in it. I told my kids they weren't allowed to go in there. It was obvious that the hot tube had not had the proper attention in a while also, one of the men who worked there, asked my sister for her phone number- like ok, but not professional at all

There was hair all over the bathroom and there is quit a few dust on the lights the hot hub smelt like pee and was really gross and thays why we stopped off to stay so very disappointed !!

The assigned room was occupied by another family. The view on the lake that was described in the room description was a view on trees. The room would need additional cleaning. A table, next to 2 chairs, in the room would be very helpful.

The room was big and included a balcony. You can enjoy sunrise while drinking coffee.

Breakfast was bad coffee, prepackaged low quality muffin. You only got room service if you requested it. No bath mat or anti slip bottom to the shower/tub, no safety rails. The floor was not clean. Air conditioner did not function well, wound up just running the fan. Room got warm and stuffy.

It was adequate. Close to the beach and able to walk to the island ferry. The bed was comfy.

Hotel needs a complete renovation!!! Property and staff!! Stayed one night booked three. Hotel would not refund the two nights. No breakfast, no Lakeview room. Overall a double thumbs down. Booking . Com were zero help!!!. Rating says 7 more like a 5.
