The parking lot needs to be cleaned to much leaves and dirt the curb appeal is lacking! If it got clean once a week it would do wonders

No shower. I have trouble getting in and out of bathtubs. All these motels have bathtub wtf. The tile part of the floor was sticky from the cleaners they use. The bathtub turns in to a skating rink once they get wet. (Very very very slick) Someone will get hurt in those tubs.

The room was clean and the bed was amazing and it's was nice to have a chair to sit back and relax in. Love the restaurant and bar on the same property.

The sink plugged up wouldn’t drain well despite it only being water. Was dated but appeared clean. Limited in what was available for breakfast based on cost of room.

Towels could be a little larger and pillows are small small

Surprisingly great! Had a great laundry, swimming pool heated, big lobby and rooms. Updated bathroom with raised Toliet, bed was comfortable and a/c was great. Near some good restaurants

Shower didn’t drain well. First room the refrigerator needed a serious defrost. Exterior stairways definitely showed their age. Breakfast selection was a bit light (no side meat like sausage/bacon, no scrambled eggs).

Rooms were spacious and well kept. The apparent remodel of the interior was welcome. Staff were friendly and quickly changed our room when we notified them of a refrigerator issue at check-in.

They advertised breakfast but expected more than mini muffins, cereal, mini bagels and a waffle maker. They should have specified Continental Breakfast.

A few minor maintenance things need to be taken care of. The continental breakfast is pretty limited. We ate at the restaurant next door. Little disappointing!

Enjoyed our stay here. Great hotel if you are headed to Crater Lake! Pool was nice in the center of the property. The lounge chairs did have some broken seats, so had to be careful where we sat. Nice small fitness room. Room was clean and bed was comfy! Staff was very friendly and quickly gave us a new room when we found out the A/C wasn't working in our room. Great restaurant next door. We would definitely stay again!

The choices for the "free breakfast" were a little less than par for some other Days Inn we have stayed at. Yes, there were DIY Waffles, cereal, and some apples and a few bananas. There was a distinct lack of yogurt or any protein available by 7:30 AM. When I checked out at 8:40, the place was packed and there was a line for the DIY Waffles. Everything was pretty much pounded by then. The WiFi, while free, was a bit quirky and not really fast enough to stream anything on Netflix... oh well. Lastly, the hot water was challenging in the shower. There was plenty, but getting the hot to that "sweet spot" was a time consuming process that really wasted a lot of water. The location is ideal to the Fair Grounds and Event Center, but a bit of a drive to the Lake and the Downtown Shopping District.

Room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was pretty good, probably newer and not so lumpy. The A/C was fine, a little loud, but the room was sufficiently cool that we were able to turn it off for the night.

The water is kind of weak flow. The tub have some stains.

Room is nice and comfortable with new renovation. Breakfast is good as typical American breakfast. Very affordable. Have pool which is a plus , even though we didn’t use it during to the storm. Overall really exceeded my expectations.

Breakfast should have been till 10am at least. Water pressure in the sink tap was low.

The location was good and the breakfast was apt. Not much variety but sufficient to start your day. The staff was helpful and approachable. The pool and spa were good. Parking had lots of space. Room has a TV, AC, coffee maker, fridge, ironing table and iron, hangers and good lights.
