When I went in to get keys very strong odor of pot met me. Almost took my breath away. Toilet in room ran all night. Air conditioner made a loud humming all night. Seemed to be a large group of people in parking lot drinking or partying when we arrived back to hotel after concert we attended. I was glad my husband was with me.

Trash bins overflowing, cloudy pool and hot tub, weird smells in the hallways, no washcloths in the rooms! The management was clueless about cleanliness, customer service and hospitality. The women's restroom in the lobby did not have proper soap (one small squirt bottle of Dawn dish soap) or paper towels. When reported to the desk clerk, (management) he just said ok and went back to scrolling the internet on the company desk computer!

There were two exceptional employees. A young woman and a young man who were very responsive and pleasant. The coffee was decent but not hot. The rooms were cool and quiet.

No coffee maker in our room, I drink a few cups of coffee in the morning and throughout the day.. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room rather than go down to the lobby every time I needed another cup.

Place was pretty run down. Staff was trying really hard to keep up, but it was hard. Room was moist, shower curtain needed a good bleach wash. Breakfast was substandard. Room temperature biscuit with cold gravy. Bed had huge dip in center.

Our TV didn't work. I went to call the front desk, and realized there was no phone cord plugged into the wall or phone. As I lifted the phone up to show my wife, I noticed a dead cockroach under the phone. I walked to the front desk for help with the TV. That lady had no idea. She sent me to the bar to ask the lady tending the bar. She asked what room we were in. I told her 125. She said someone would be right there. No one ever showed up. So we just went to sleep. The next morning there was no coffee at the continental breakfast. Pretty sure it's a state law to have coffee at the continental breakfast. Other than that. The place did the trick. We had a safe place to sleep.

My key did not work and had to go get another one. I had to mess with the cables on my TV to get it to work as there was no maintenance person on duty. Remote did not work properly. Breakfast was marginal for the cost of the room.

The facility is a little run down, and out dated! It was graduation weekend for TSU, and the hotel was understaffed on Friday and were not prepared. Ran out of coffee for the rooms, ran out of towels, wash cloths etc. But the friendliness of the staffe made up for it... Brought us a fan as requested, found more coffee from other sources, and were very accomidating to everyone!!! The staff was a 'game saver' for this location... PERIOD!!! I blame all negative aspects on the ownership!!! Oh yea... AC unit stopped working in the main lobby

The first room, the door would not lock when shut. There was an issue with the heating unit in the second room. They had a lot of broken appliances. None of the ice makers worked, they eventually brought in bagged ice. Most of the appliance's in the breakfast area did not work.

Staff was friendly and helpful. It was pretty clean. Beds were comfortable.

Our room was canceled by the hotel for remodeling. They didn't return my payment for the room, which is totally unacceptable. It was impossible to get another room in the area with such short notice. It was family weekend for the college. We were left out in the cold without anywhere to stay.

Kind of made me feel like I was in a horror movie. The entire building looks like it should be condemned.

Staff was friendly, AC in room was working, and I don't think we got bed bugs.
