UkraineThey had an elevator which had like a bunch of flies flying around like a trash can. It was far from my room but still not very pleasant to be running away from flies to get in or out of the elevator. The breakfast they say is included can't even be called a breakfast, no eggs no nothing, just some lousy snacks, sugar bars and coffee or orange juice. Still more than other hotels who offer nothing but, please, don't call it a breakfast, call it a snack!
Nice beds with nice decor, rooms a bit small but just enough space for what I needed that night. No street noises or sounds heard and I slept well.

Easy to get to. The bed, bathroom, fridge, microwave, tv, wifi, and ac were great. The lighting was good. The free juice and cereal bars for breakfast was fine. Best bring a clean bottle to get more juice. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. I was offered a ground floor room which I really appreciated.

United StatesThe door was locked at the front desk both at night but also I'm the morning. Breakfast consisted of a nutrigrain bad and a juice box. Air conditioner didn't work. The cups for coffee in the room were uncovered and the coffee maker needed to be propped up to keep it level. The road was so close by that you heard everything including the multiple cop cars and emergency vehicles. We keep telling ourselves that it was only fireworks but we knew it was shots. I would run very quickly to another hotel before I would ever stay here.

United StatesWhen we arrived at the hotel, we were immediately faced with a range of concerning issues that seriously detracted from our overall experience. Spotting drug residue on one of the nightstands was undeniably unsettling. To make matters worse, there was a noticeable, dark iron stain on the floorboards, accompanied by burnt drug residue, which we couldn't overlook. Adding to our disappointment was the pervasive smell of nicotine that hung in the air, compromising the expected comfort of our stay. Additionally, we found an unexpected sealed interconnecting door to the adjacent room, taped shut though it may have been. This only added to our prevailing sense of unease during our time there. As the day came to a close, we aimed to refresh ourselves with a shower. Unfortunately, the state of the bathtub was far from satisfactory, with visible dark stains and accumulated dirt on both its floor and walls. This discovery left us so disconcerted that we even resorted to wearing socks during our showers—an unusual step that underscores our dissatisfaction. It's important to note that the hotel's surroundings did little to provide the sense of security and comfort we expected. The location, particularly situated on a street in Hayward known for its less-than-ideal reputation, cast a shadow over our willingness to venture outside without some degree of trepidation.
The staff was super friendly! Very warmly welcomed and very easy to check into our room! Bathrooms came equipped with all of our needs and the refrigerator ran pretty cold!
