The property was unclean. The room still had trash from the previous visitors. There were dead bugs in the room. The air conditioning unit flooded the room. I notified management but she gave me 2 towels and told me that housekeeping would deal with it in the morning. The towels were not big enough to clean the floor due to how much water had covered the entire floor so I had to use the blanket that was already partially wet. My shoes got ruined as well as my kids blankets. We slept without sheets due to them getting wet. They did not offer breakfast which was included in the price and the pool was not available. It was covered with equipment sticking out of it. The laundry services were broken down as well

I did not have towels or washcloths. The free soaps were the cheapest kind . There was no tv guide and the channels were all antenna channels it seemed.

The staff was beautiful as always and so helpful and kind ! The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The room heat didn't work. When I work up in the morning to shower there was no hot water and the water was basically dripping out all night. SO I guess that why there wasn't no hot water

The pool was closed. There was no ice. The room wasn't very clean. The fridge didn't work. The room was hot (I think the AC wasn't working.) When I went to speak to the manager he gave me some line about waiting for parts and told me he would refund my money and I should stay elsewhere. Which I did.

I ended up not staying there. The hotel wasn't as described and the room wasn't one anyone could stay in for even one night.

The room had flys in it, the floor was dirty and the chairs were not clean. The bathroom was not clean either. I canceled my reservation because of the condition of the room and was unable to get a refund.

There were track marks in the bathroom from burnt cigarettes. It smelled like black mold, and I was scared to leave my car even because in the back parking lot was like 30 or 40 people drinking and carrying on a bunch of big dogs in the corner by the woods and a bunch of people back there drinking then you have people sitting on the steps and by the pools and all you could smell was weed and I have my two small children with me, and I was very uncomfortable and felt very unsafe and when I asked for my refund because I was not there, they gave me an issue. I will be checking to make sure I got my full refund.
