The exterior of the motel needs a refresh. Paint and minor TLC would definitely create a better impression. I was a little worried when I checked in from the outside appearance. The lobby is also not inviting and dark and needs little touch ups and repairs. The free breakfast was IMHO substandard and I saw the staff handle the "egg paddies" with un-gloved hands when reheating the eggs in a microware. I know that these type motel free-breakfast are just the basics, but at least make what you have appealing.

The interior of the motel is nice and clean. My room was very spacious and quiet. I was here for 1 night before driving out West.

It didn’t seem very clean in some areas. The floors through out the hallways, stairs and our room looked as though they were not vacuumed. We could not lock the deadbolt to our room. The bathroom door would not shut all the way. The toilet handle was very loose. And we were woke up at about 9am by hotel staff knocking on our door checking to see if we were checking out today which we have never had done to us while staying there before.

It was conveniently located to where we needed to be.

There is confusion on what is posted on the booking.com app vs. what the hotel mgmt says about pets. Booking.com says hotel is pet friendly but the hotel says service animals only. That caused some confusion at check in. The staff were friendly and was able to accommodate but I had to pay a deposit. Haven't got my deposit back yet so we will see how that shakes out.

The hotel is obviously older so definitely could use some cosmetic upgrades. However, the room was clean and comfortable. We did not eat the breakfast. It was mostly cereal and waffles. We needed some protein which was fine. You get what you pay for. We booked this hotel specifically because it had a room with 3 full beds which allowed 3 adults to share 1 room which was nice. Beds were clean and comfortable.

The fan was extremely noisy, similar to someone mowing the lawn, and the sink water wouldn’t drain. Additionally, they don’t replace the towels and sheets till every three days.

It didn’t look like the room was vacuumed and it was really cold in the room when we got there. Since they knew we were coming the temp could be at least 60 degrees

Breakfast cleanliness. Door to laundry room wide open and looked messy and noisy.

Breakfast was horrible. Frozen biscuits. Gravy in crock pot. Hard granola bars. No protein. Had to wait for coffee to be made. Very disappointing

We were all unpacked when we had to move everything to a different room because the Tv wouldn’t work of running it!? I thought the beds were very uncomfortable

There were a few homeless people hanging out at the property. One man approached me asking for a cigarette. Saying he needed a ride somewhere. Made me a little uncomfortable. The hall outside my room had an AWFUL smell. It smelled like someone had died. I personally know that smell from working in healthcare.

The shower rod was falling off the wall so curtain wouldnt close. Place was in disrepair but looks like they are working on it . Employees stand right outside of entrance and smoke . When anything was brought to employees attention she just said I know or yeah its written down .

it's location it was off the street and that's not a bad thing , but it was a little secluded .

that breakfast was ok , I didn't eat much . What I came for was a place to sleep and shower and those needs were met. I had a good nights sleep and shower the next morning .

We paid more through booking.com, and we couldn't extend our stay through you. We called the hotel directly and received a better price. Had to use stairs to get to second floor. Had to wait for towels for rooms when we checked in after 3:30 pm.Back stairs were very dirty. Heard someone's television on all night. Won't go through booking.com again.
