The bed was really comfortable, the room was clean even thought they could use a little update and and was just what we needed for a one night stay after a concert

Bathroom in our room as not very clean. And the room smelled like stail smoke.

The bar atmosphere was great! They had a great band and the drinks were cheap

The toilet paper roll was used and less that half full but we opened a new one- I thought they were to change it out between guests, the tub was dripping found out middle of night, had to turn it tighter- we never used it so who knows how long it’s been dripping. I informed front desk at checkout. There were also nails sticking out on door frame at kid height, so we flattened them. It was from missing trim possibly. Also the connecting door wasn’t locked properly so we tried to lock it and in doing so scared the neighbors so they called front desk which then called us so I had to explain. The drawer didn’t look too clean but we didn’t use them anyways.

It was affordable.

The phone didn't work. Had to get someone to get the TV working. Our room wasn't ready when we checked in so we downgraded to a room without a Jacuzzi but still had to pay the same price

Front desk staff seemed inconvenienced when checking in. Had an issue with the room we were assigned where the door didnt latch or lock. Went back to the front desk, was told only "I'll call maintenance" and didnt provide additional information until pressed on how long it would take maintenance to get there or to even offer a different room. Breakfast provided was basic but was fine. We had a recently remodeled room but there were no power outlets near the bedside tables to be able to charge phones. Toilet didnt seem to be attached to anything and tilted whenever used.

Maintenance was great with solving our issue with our door not latching or locking. Two men showed up, unsure if both were maintenance or one was a manager, but they fixed the door as well as immediately offered to move us to a different room before we even expressed concerns that this could be a reoccurring issue. Room was comfortable. The pillows provided were small but plentiful, so it wasnt an issue.

The room phone did not work so we could not call the front desk when the television did not work. Could not close the bathroom door unless you used your body and then was not sure I was going to get out. The ac/heater units were noisier that was expected

Location was great and close to the venue we were attending. Was a great area during a strong thunderstorm, nestled in next to a rock cliff. Plenty of parking was available so we got right in front of our room even after being out late. The breakfast area was very pleasant and plenty of non-hot items such as breads, cereals, fruit, yogurts, drinks. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. Rooms were clean and the linens and towels were perfect.

Almost tripped getting into the unit. There was a slight gap and if you are not paying attention like I wasnt someone could actually trip and fall.

The breakfast was ok for the price. Maybe have more protein foods (protein shakes, protein yogurts) as an option.

A little run down. (The room next to ours was gutted and filled with lots of building materials and a table and chairs. The door latch was broken and the door was ajar!) The room smelled kind of musty when we entered. Had to crank up the air conditioning to freshen the air. The bathroom fan was really loud. The continental breakfast was a little meager. No fresh fruit at all.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Sheets are clean. We didn’t use the pool, but the outdoor patio area looked nice.

There was a little bit of highway noise but it didn't keep me awake

The room is somewhat dated but it is clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pillows were the best I've had in 10 days of hotel ing. The breakfast offerings were very Spartan. All in all it was a good solid deal with no sign of disregard by the staff. I appreciated the cleanliness. The almost instant response of hot water when turning on a faucet was very surprising and the pressure was terrific for showering

The bathroom was not great. It needs updating.

The room was very comfortable. We had a king suite and the sofa and chair were great. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. The staff was pleasant. There was a hot tub in the room but we did not use it. It looked clean.
