The bed was really comfortable, the room was clean even thought they could use a little update and and was just what we needed for a one night stay after a concert

There was nothing we really didn't like

Cheap

The room was very damp so everything was half wet. The floor carpet and even the bed was all damp and the room had a heavy smell. A shame since the reviews said it was clean. We weren’t expecting anything much but to sleep in a damp bed was not ok.

Dirty carpark, dirty hallways and stairs a disgrace. We had to request fresh towels and linen twice on day 4 and 5 as the room was never serviced

There was no water; when I first turned on the faucet in the sink, some yellow water came out, and then nothing. The bathtub/shower were dirty/stained yellow. After experiencing this, I didn't even want to draw back the blankets to see what was possibly on the bed so I bundled up in my sweatshirt and slept on top of the bedding.

Didn’t have breakfast because we had a breakfast meeting in town. We stayed at the Baymont Days Inn Davenport the previous night and the A/C unit was coffee grinder loud. Their indoor pool and hot tub were empty. Though this Dubuque location was packed the night we stayed but the place really remained quiet and the A/C unit was really quiet as well. Dubuque was the better value and the staff was very pleasant at check-in.

The facility shows its age but it serves the purpose at a reasonable price. Everything was clean and the beds were nice. Could have used a hard copy of the TV channel guide.

Barley any options for breakfast. The first thing we noticed when entering the room was the smoke detector cover was off and the battery was missing

Great hotel with updated rooms. The pool with outdoor music on Sunday is awesome! Comfy beds!

The 3 room we were switched to, finally had working AC. It was nice that each room had a mini fridge and microwave.

First room had a wet floor from the AC and one of the beds were shorter than the frame. The 2nd room AC wasn’t working properly. Was told it needed time to cool the room. 5+ hours later, it was still uncomfortable. When I called the front desk (from my cell, the room phones didn’t work), I was scolded about how they lose money every time we switch rooms and they may have to charge me for it. None of it was my fault!! Finally the 3rd room was ok…though the tub drained extremely slow.

Outdated... bar was overly loud for the space... seemed a little unkempt on the outside of the hotel
