Room appearance was very dated and need attention. Carpet through out the hotel was very dirty. Sinks and tubs were old and had cracks. Windows were broken and did not open and shut securely. Advertising said they had a grab n go breakfast, did not see this perk. Just expected to see in much better conditions for the price point.

Drippy faucets, loose shower curtain rod & cloth shower curtain that got soaked & let water out to puddle on the bathroom floor, old elevator that smelled unpleasant and the carpets in the hallways, though vacuumed, were heavily stained.

It was close to OSU, restaurants and stores, the beds and bedding were very comfortable and the staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.

A water line broke, so there was no running water for the first hour after checking in. I asked about getting some bottled water and was told I could buy it from their vending machine. At 4:00 AM there was pounding next door by the police. Moments later, a police dog filled the air wit staccato barking for several minutes. On the plus side, our bill was reduced by $25 for the water inconvenience.

When you turned on the faucet it made a horrible sound. The floor from above squeaked so bad from the people walking it was hard to sleep.

The price for the large room was great. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Well, motel itself very used and it was not clean at all, a lot of things out of order or broken. And the public - very questionable!

Location is actually very good! There’s always parking! It was nice to have coffee machine. Amenities very very good! Huge bed, bed linens clean.

The rugs in the hallways had huge soiled spots. The carpeting is a lighter color and the large soiled spots stood out immediately. The sink in the room had no pressure at all and when you turned the knobs you got an extremely loud noise but hardly any wster. No water pressure to flush the toilet. You had to hold the handle down to get it to flush.

The location was great. The staff were very pleasant. It was quiet and affordable.

The carpet was stained and disgusting. The room smelled horrible. The lighting was so dim, could hardly see with all the lights on and the drapes wide open.

The hotel is tired and needs refurbishment. There was some kind of automated voice alarm that kept going off outside my window all night.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Bed, linens and mattress were ok.

The train horn scared me around 10:15 pm. Luckily we only heard the train once during our stay. The motel is in rough shape, which we knew before we went. We just needed clean beds and a shower for an overnight at a low price. The ice machine on the third floor was broken so we had to go back downstairs for ice. Not a real big deal - just slight annoyance. Visually, the place is a mess - not like trash lying around, but beat up. Old carpet, scuffed up walls, stains on curtains, one of our light bulbs was missing, hole in the bathroom ceiling where a heat lamp should be, arm chair was old and stained (I did not want to sit in it). The bathroom sink/vanity is on the outside of the bathroom (separate from toilet area) - not really a fan of this design, but I know it's a thing in some places. The toilet flushed weird - just when you thought it was broken or clogged, it would finally go down. We had to call to find out why the remotes for the TV weren't changing the channel. The person at the front desk told us we had to point the remote at the white box that was dangling out of an open hole in the wall under the desk. Go figure. Maybe they could install signage informing guests of this odd detail? Even after all that, I would stay here again.

Check-in was quick and easy with a pleasant woman. The hotel and surrounding area was quiet (except for the train that blew it's horn at 10:15 pm). The beds were decent with three different kinds of pillows. Clean sheets. Bathroom was clean. Shower pressure good. Dark curtains. Air conditioner worked great. For the price we paid, this room served the purpose we needed it to. We weren't expecting fancy, or even updated. Just needed clean beds to lie our heads in a safe area for two women. Even after you read the "What didn't you like?" section, just know that we would stay here again if we need to.

Room was dated. Not enough plugs near bed & coffee pot needs upgrade, it was old & coffee was horrible & they did not provide water. Old carpet & just all around dated feel. Still has popcorn ceiling. Doors especially bathroom looked like someone tried to escape.

Location was great & the staff was awesome! Plenty of parking. This place with location could be amazing with some remodeling/ updating!

Old, but clean. EXCEPT the walls. We didn’t have a chair for the table. The small unidentifiable bugs just three though. If you’re bougie (Ha), stay away.

Really needs to be gutted. The room I was in will never look clean or comfortable. Water in the shower was lukewarm. Addicts hanging around out front and going through the garbage. Parking lot used as a cut through from somewhere behind the bushes for addicts on bikes.

Everyone who worked there was very nice.

The lack of cleanliness in the hallways and stairs. The rooms are run down and desperately need to be updated. We were hoping for a mini fridge in the room.

As many reviews have said, the hotel needs more sprucing up...we chose Days Inn because our go to budget hotel was $200 more. Third foor carpet needs replacing or at least a serious deep clean. Room needed some minor cosmetic repairs, and the heater was not very efficient ...took a long time to heat up. Also, grab and go breakfast was ample, but heavy on the sugar.

The beds were very comfortable. Staff was warm, welcoming and accomodating. Daily housekeeping was a plus! Great location, many restarants were walkable.
