United StatesWe mistakenly booked a smoking room although I absolutely DID NOT do that on purpose. Could a smoking room somehow been the default? When we checked out, they charged us an extra $10 for the non-smoking room. I am 83 years of age and have traveled in all 50 states and over 100 countries--never ONCE have I been charged specifically for a non-smoking room. In many other hotels or motels I have visited, they charge for a smoking room but NOT for a non-smoking room. Are they running out of smokers and now have to charge non-smokers?
Everything except being charged $10 extra for a non-smoking room.

United States-The room smelt like a thrift store. Damp, sorta stale air. Even with the fan/AC on it smelt weird. -There were spots that definitely weren’t clean, more so the sink area. The electrical outlet by the sink and the hair dryer were dirty. -Dirty hand towels -The shower was oddly sloped and uncomfortable. Would not drain because of the slope, so there was just a puddle of water -Dirty shower curtains

United StatesI have 2 children in wheelchairs ♿️ the ramp you couldn't access bc there's poles in the way so I had to take them down off the curbs which is dangerous and alot on your back I specifically filtered handicapped accessible before I booked you can get to the washer and dryer wout having to get off the curve but if there was an emergency and I wasn't there to physically take my kids off the curve they'd b in real danger bc there would be no safe way for them to get themselves down
