Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesExterior doors directly to outside. My peep hole was put in backwards, so people outside could see inside my room through the peep hole. I discovered this at 1 am when Papa John’s delivered. I covered it for the night. Housekeeping unscrewed it and reversed it the next morning. But clearly it could easily be unscrewed leaving an opening at any time.

United StatesThe bathroom entrance floor is cracked......AC unit was starting to act up (maintenance came and took care of it once.....he was going to look at it again but I departed on the 22nd of this month I believe so I informed him that he didn't have to worry about it since I was leaving. The room that was on the left side of me (rm242) she has a dog that would bark at sometimes 3 or 4 in the morning or bark whenever someone passed by the room.....it started to become very annoying. At one point my room was entered into without my permission. The price was ridiculously outrageous because of the condition of the hotel along the balcony and the fixtures along the building looked like it was/is falling apart and they are just repairing it by patching it up in bits and pieces.. if I was able to afford to stay in that area I would have went to the Super 8 next to this hotel because it was a lot cheaper.
The receptionist at the front desk (Tiffany) was very friendly always had a smile on her face . She is such a joy
