While my room was clean, the common areas were old, tired, poorly maintained. The hallway carpets were heavily stained. Multiple bags of trash remained outside several rooms overnight along the hallway to my room. Another guest informed me that the waffle iron did not work, so there were no hot food options at the minimal breakfast, only cereal and cold (recently refrigerated) miniature muffins. The outdoor pool was a pea-green soup of algae.

The room was clean and I was offered a military veteran discount.

The side door on on the building needs a soft closer. Door slams so loud it wakes you up in the middle of the night. Ridiculously loud.

The hotel smelled very heavy of incense , carpet fresh , and cigarettes , even in the rooms . I was only issued 1 key card , making it inconvenient for my other family members to come and go .

The fact that I called in to see if my room was ready, sat in the parking lot a whole hour before checking and was told couldn't check in until 3pm but saw 3 different couples check in almost an hour ahead of checking. Also I had paid online the night before so my room should have been ready.

I longed for a box of Kleenex. At breakfast, there were no coffee cups and also no coffee, but both were provided to me when I asked for them. The carpeting seemed really dirty, especially on the stairs.

The location is perfect for my needs. The room at the end on the back side was great, nice and quiet. The pillows were awesome.

The room smelled really bad. There was no shower curtain, and we had to ask for one. The carpet and steps were dirty.

The staff were helpful and provided us with a shower curtain and milk for a cup of tea.

Property is in need of a major renovation. Walls are cracked and dirty. Carpets are stained and dirty. Whole place smells like cigarettes and weed. The room was way over priced for the 1 star hotel. Over $400 for two nights. We left after the first night and drove back home.

There was a roach in the room which I had to kill. There were 5 pillows on the bed but they were all so thick that the one I used gave me a stiff neck.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work and made such a horrible grinding sound we couldn't use it. The shower made a high pitched sound each time we took a shower. It was extremely annoying. I asked for a quiet room and was put in a front room where the traffic kept me awake. Also, there is no elevator which is not good as I am disabled. When I asked for an upstairs room I wasn't told there was no elevator. You really need to have one installed.

The cleaning staff was very accomodating and friendly. They were more than willing to get us extra towels and coffee for the coffee maker. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The rest of the staff were nice as well.
