Booked my reservation in booking for 4 people with breakfast included. But when I tried to get the breakfast vouchers they said that booking reservation could only get vouchers for 2 people in a room. I don’t know where that rule was in while I was doing reservations in booking. Tried to argue but could not turn around this, had to purchase extra breakfast for the other guests. Also, the room smell really bad. Would not book on this hotel again.

The ice cream machine is gone. Lol. That was my son’s favorite part besides the play area.

We stay here every time we come to Florida. Easy to find, comfortable, the staff are all nice, the pool area looks great.

At breakfast they asked me for a coupon for breakfast, I said that I would bring it after breakfast because I forgot it in the room and why should I take it if I already paid for everything when booking, you should inform the manager yourself at breakfast that my room is fully paid for, and not ask for some papers as if you live in the last century, moreover, as I understand it, they were very afraid that I would have breakfast for free and themselves went to find out at the reception if I paid, that is, they smiled, but did not believe me, this is very disappointing that they think that I want to deceive them because of some $ 20. This is sad. You need to trust your customers!

The room was very quiet.The pool is open until 11:00, that’s great!

No safe, no microwave, only 1 free charging port j-1772 for electric cars and 1 for Tesla, the rest are paid. The place was occupied by a petrol car and I was not able to charge my electric car. The staff did nothing to prevent petrol cars from parking in places for electric cars. I still did not find where there is free tea / coffee, maybe it is not available during the day.

The playground is great, the room is nice and modern, a nice pool, a beautiful shower. The breakfast is normal, add ice cream for breakfast and the kids will be happy!

There is no refrigerator. Only a "cool box". There is no microwave in the room. Both were not convenient for family, especially with kids, who have left overs.  There is two microwave in the lobby for everyone to use. Sometimes it's dirty, or sometimes it has a long line just to heat up the food for a minute. 

The family enjoyed a staycation. The staff is friendly. I have two separate bookings but they manage to let us continue our stay in the same room. We don't have to check-in & out. The room (Wellness with Two Queen Beds) is nice, comfy, and clean. The kids love the playground, and the pool. The pizza restaurant is delicious too, for a good price!

No microwave at room, requested for it but they said there is none available. I have to go all the way to front desk just to heat all the food for my family. I ask staff for items too they said they'll bring it to the room but never did it came. And our room are in between of teenagers who like to yell at dawn and slam doors till morning. Call management for it but not sure if they did something but kids just keep it going.

The comfort and cleanliness of the room and entire facility. Staff was very friendly, and the rates were very accommodating. Did not experience everything that they had to offer, but I enjoyed everything that I did experience.
