My door did not want to shut properly so I had to deadbolt it in order to keep it shut and the sausage tasted like it was going bad at breakfast.

The room was comfortable and clean and it was easy to access from where I parked.

The outside needs alittle sprucing up To ma Ty ch the pleasant surprise of the nice rooms. The bathroom needed some serious cleaning around the toilet.

The confusion over the on-line booking was stressful. I tried to change the date on-line and my rate increased almost $20.00. Calling the Booking.com customer service number only gave me a recorded message trying to sell me some product. Staff at the motel made sure my new booking was cancelled without penalty and I booked directly with the motel. The cost was still about $15.00 higher than what I had originally had.

Staff was helpful when we showed up and my on-line booking was not for the right date. (They said this was not an unusual error for Booking.com). Room was small, but adequate. Included breakfast had both hot and cold choices. Fresh fruit, including fresh ripe strawberries was provided.

The manager at the Days Inn was having to manage 2 properties and when I arrived after a long day of driving, she was gone to the other property. I had to wait for her for 15 minutes, not knowing where she was, before she was able to come back to the hotel and get me checked in. There were five people in line behind me. When I tried to call to get help, there was no answer because the number was for the front desk, and she wasn’t there to answer it. Also, there is no coffee in the room so you can’t make coffee when you first wake up.

found ants in the bathroom & room on 2nd night. The door going into the bathroom is a very tight squeeze due to where the counter and sink were. The tub would fill with water when you showered as the drain was pretty much clogged, so would be standing in dirty water. More then 1 trash can would be nice. There was constant sounds & doors slamming ALL night from upstairs and what seemed like constant traffic in and out of the back entrance. The breakfast was good but very basic which it had bagels and waffles and Bisquets were very dry. The staff was awesome and friendly.

No elevator on property

The hotel met my needs while traveling to the Midwest w/two dogs - A place to sleep, with a shower! Didn't expect anything too fancy for the price, but it was close to the interstate, which was great in the morning.
