Bed was nice. Room looked recently updated but the arm fell off of the desk chair when I moved it and the light bulbs were blinking like they needed to be changed

Looks nothing like the pics. Very run down. The staff that checked me in enrolled me in some rewards program without my consent. The rooms are very old and outdated.

The overall cleanliness her mattresses were very old and wore out our shower. Grout had very dark coloring, probably mold.

The floor in our room was too dirty to walk around without shoes, the bathroom was not nice at all, and the sink wouldn't drain. The TV was small and the thin blanket on our bed was not enough for comfort. When we arrived, the room was very cold (this is winter) so we turned on the wall heater and it was loudly blowing hot air (nice!) for 5 mins before turning to cold air (not nice) instead of just turning off. We opted for a too-hot-loud room for the night instead of a silent, cold room.

the front desk person was kind and helpful, and our room had a mini fridge and the bed was comfortable for the one night. They got us extra pillows and blankets when we asked.

There mo communication between shifts. I paid 100 cash deposit (and I don't know why the bathroom had mold in it) and on my 3rd day there all of a sudden I get an alert on my phone that my card was charged 100 bucks so I call the desk and it seemed like I caught them off guard and it seem to me they were trying to get 100 tip but got caught so keep an eye on your charges here cause they tried to make it like I owed the deposit until I brought them the receipt

It was filthy. The floors and walls were visibly dirty. My room had not been swept or mopped and while the bedding was clean, it changed as soon as the crumbs from the floor came to the bed with me. The walls were covered in tiny, grimy, fingerprints and the bathroom tub looked liked it had been chemically stripped. I couldn't get comfortable and checked out for a new place the next day. Do not recommend.

I had to carry my bike up a flight of stairs instead of giving me a room on the first floor. There were very few cars in the parking lot, indicating few rooms booked on a Sunday night.

I didn’t see an elevator, which wasn’t really a problem for me, but could be for some guests. I didn’t see any major problems with cleanliness. It’s obviously an older building, older mattresses, carpet, bathroom tile etc. I basically used the shower, watched TV, slept & left. I noticed the parking was monitored by security cameras so I felt like my car would be okay overnight. The pool was tiny and next to the road. I didn’t plan on using it, but would be disappointed if I had wanted to use it. I didn’t have any major problems, but if there had been another affordable choice available I wouldn’t have chosen to stay there instead.

It is near WWU campus which is convenient. The check in/out process was simple. The room was adequate. Pretty standard, nothing fancy. The price was too high, but every hotel in that area had raised prices due to WWU graduation & were taking advantage of parents needing a place to stay- so even though the price was higher, it want as high as others for that weekend.

They don't state that they charge for pets. But once you are in the room you read that it's $20.00 a pet. At checkout they tell you it's $35.00 a pet

Extremely rude and dishonest staff, location had people making sexual propositions to guests, trash and broken glass in parking lot, reserved queen bed and given full, chair and items left in.the middle of the hallway and ceiling access left open, breakfast "buffet" consists of frozen waffle or bread to toast and juice or coffee that you have to request from front desk staff, refused to accomodate floor request despite admitting had a room available.
