Old, beat up furniture, peeling paint, sink looked like it was going to fall off the wall and the shower head was messed up

Staff was friendly, A/C worked perfect, the room was reasonably clean.

Pool and hot tub room closed. A staff member told me it had not been open for a long time. I wouldn't have booked had I known that. Also the ice machine was not working either.

Sometimes the room is clean, and sometimes the carpet is dirty. I already answered this survey in Dec. So I can't remember the stay too much. We stay in many places when we visit family.

Rough roads leading into the property. Shares an entry with Loves. Lots of truck traffic which affects the paving.

I asked for an upper room via pre-check in messaging, but received a room on the first floor. There were cheetos on the carpet in the room and the corner of the bathroom need attention - accumulated dirt. The toiler base slight leak that you could see on the grout of the tile. The breakfast consisted of cereal, pastry and coffee. I don't recall if there was any juices available.

The shower had hot water and good steady pressure.

The road to the motel was bumpy. The rooms had places where the walls were patched but not painted over. The hallway carpet was worn out and torn in places. No where to sit outside if you are a smoker.

Carpet needed vacuuming. Hair dryer missing, but that was okay since I didn't need one.

Breakfast was minimal but met our needs. Beds were comfortable and clean.

The bathtub faucet was somewhat loose & took longer to properly adjust.

Breakfast was OK & quick to assemble. With one bathtowel short, the hotel staff member was quick to resolve it & courteous.

The cleaning staff needed a crevice tool vacuum to get at the dust on the carpet against the wall, the lighting that did not work, despite bulb replacement. Pool out of commission, and this was one of the selling points.

It's an older facility, and many things, such as lighting, did not work. I suspect the company is letting it run down. However, the local staff were wonderful and friendly, always trying to help.

Although, the room itself was clean, The common areas of the lobby, staircase, hallway, all need a good dusting. I understand that the location is in a dusty area, and keeping on top of that would be a challenge, however, the staircase, railings, baseboards, ledges, all needed attention.

The room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The room itself was clean with TV, fridge, microwave. The indoor pool was filled and looked good, although we did not go swimming. The breakfast offered was lovely. There was yogurt, fresh fruit, granola bars, toast, muffins, and oatmeal. And the coffee was good. Staff was very nice.

The photos on Booking.com are somewhat misleading. They make the hotel look MUCH newer and nicer than it is. It looks quite old and run down up close. Also, the heater sounded like a defective log truck. Extremely loud. But, it did it's job. Many haphazard repairs had been done on the room.

The clerk was kind and most helpful. The room was clean. We were offered a free breakfast as well.

An older property that is in decline. Basically shows a lack of concern. It needs a general Redo. In my particular room the front panel of the chest of drawers was hanging off. The smoke detector was missing…just a wire hanging from the ceiling. The wall was spot painted with a different color of blue from the original…pretty cheap and sloppy.

Broken lock on back security door. Leaky shower faucet.

Easy off and on from the highway. Clean. Nice to have microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast decent.
