United StatesThe hotel was ok our couch was stained and our tv didn’t work the control had tape on the back snd the breakfast sucked Definitley not what I paid for oh and to top it off me and my wife were gone exploring houston from 8-10pm and when we get back our bed is made well my charger was stolen I looked everywhere and when confronted manager she said cameras take 24 hrs ugh yeah so they got some trifling maids who steal so yeah don’t stay unless u want your things stolen !

I originally booked this property because it was a Wyndham property. That was a lie. It was dirty and the pool area had garbage everywhere and the pool was covered up. The gate was broken and the hotel was gross. The ice machine was nasty, the towels and sheets had holes in them. The breakfast was gross rubber boiled eggs, watery oatmeal, cereal and toast. Don’t bother stay here the photos are a lie this is not a Wyndham property it’s owned by people who don’t even speak English we couldn’t communicate with the front desk at all. I was so disgusted I didn’t take photos. And I’m sorry I didn’t.

United StatesFrom the time I checked in, I had a hard time accepting that there was 3 floors with only 1 elevator on 1 side & having to enter/exit from 2 doors which was at each end of the property. The room had signs of infestation, I found 4/5 roaches crawling in spaces very visible to the eye, the back to the tv remote was missing, the bathroom was the worst! Hard water stains on the shower head, the tub was very low maintenance as if someone had recently burned something in it & the overall look have clean yet old fashioned. Very little style/taste in the room for such a scenery next to the freeway & the PARKING WAS ALARMING ! There a guy either fixing on cars or selling them in the back and it’s like a maze to find parking. My overall rating should be a 2/10, however I hope they make adjustments soon.

United StatesThere was a pile of trash that looked like a guest dropped something. The part that bothered me is that it stayed in that same spot the whole night. No staff personnel walked the floors after a certain time. Also, the AC was not in the best working condition.

United StatesThis hotel has went down hill. We use to come to this hotel years ago it was our number 1 choice. Now it's old, ran down, trash in the hallways , every floor smells like weed. In the room it had spots on the wall that look like blood that was slung on the wall by the TV. This was our last time going Here. The price is ridiculous for how old and ran down it is.

GermanyThe juice machine at breakfast and the pool where permanently out of order. On the last day I had some bugs running on the ceiling above the bed. Had it been earlier, it would have totally ruined my stay. Without, it would be a very good rating. But it seems like they are on a good way to limiting the issue compared to older reviews.
The room had very comfy beds with a good selection of pillows. The furniture seems to have been updated at least in some rooms. Breakfast was as expected.

United StatesIt said there was a pool but it was closed,said there was breakfast but there is not,the entire hotel is out of date old and smelly,non smoking room smelled like smoke, roaches, faucets hanging off or missing, water pressure was very low. I only used this hotel for convenience I had a sweet 16 not far away and needed somewhere to get ready and stay the night afterwards.

United StatesEVERYTHING !!!!! They was so rude AAWEand dirty made every eextra fee they could think of. I tried to extend and he told me 60 I had to go check what it was online and ,see if I could do it online. I come back down and he goes up to 75 and tries to gas me and tell me he'll give me a discount but plus tax it's 80$. I'm trying to get the lowest amt and everything was charging 80$ he tells me hurry up and rebook before he has to charge me a early check in fee so I see Priceline is 75$ so I get for 75$ i tell him I rebooked and he says that's third party and it'll be check in at 3 so I have to pack my stuff wait for my room come back for nothing. I'm stressing so much almost have a anxiety attack. He ends up letting me pay $20 and stay then. mind you in the room the ac is leakin and we told them that it can cause mold and we have two baby girls they can get sick then it wasn't important when we mentioned it but the morning for us to leave at 9 am this man came to inquire if we're extending we need to advise because we hav e kids and would need to switch rooms. Bullshit this lady at the front office came to the door pushing on the door telling me I need to get out of the room as it's been pass 20 mins in the room passed check out I went off on her telling her she was being rude as I had my daughter in my hands. Then the man Pete Patel from the front office did the same thing and he hit me in my head w the door as I was looking through the peep hole checking who was at the door. I was very astonished and had a panick attack dealing w these people.
