Had to pay for parking. No hot breakfast. Construction areas. Hot tub out of commission. Not deal breakers but things we look for specifically when booking and thought the property had (free parking, hot breakfast and hot tub). Bathroom needs updating. Shower was stained wallpaper peeling towels stained.

Nice location. Parts of the property were refreshed. Pool area is great.

Im not in school if I wanted a sack breakfast that's where I would be. This is something that should of be said before we booked our room. The pool area was dirty and once we fought our way through all the kids to get in the hot tub it didn't even work.

The cold room.. And the breakfast was healthy but I am used to hotel at that price range having hot meals for guests.Who like hot meals in the morning . Not necessarily bacon and sausage but just something warm and inviting .

Everything , else it was very cold in the room But I didn't get a chance to tell the staff . So no harm no foul But it was extremely uncomfortablely cold . Next time I'll make sure I say something cos everything was great for the weekend .

Booking. Com said it was FREE BREAKFAST. You failed to mention they're remodeling and it is breakfast in a bag... nothing hot, no protein. Juice,water, granola bar that is mostly sugar. This is a big FAIL. You lied, you should update your site. Very disappointed. Also, parking is NOT free. It costs$10/ for duration of your stay.

The add-on fee for nightly parking was quite an unwelcome surprise for a suburban hotel. The lack of hot breakfast due to remodeling should have been noted on the reservation site.

The room and common areas were quite clean. Easy walk to MoA and the transit station. The in-room appliances all worked fine.

They didn't come "clean" our room two days in a row, we had to call and ask for clean towels and extra toiletries.

The complimentary breakfast was just a baggie full of granola bars and fruit. Nothing compared to our previous stay. It would have been nice to have a heads up that that was the replacement for an actual breakfast. We ended up having to pay more to eat out vs having a nice breakfast with our stay.; The room could have also been cleaner. Our tub was clogged and the floors were dirty.

The staff was very accommodating after we arrived and our suite wasn’t ready. We were upgraded to two rooms with poolside access.

Charged for parking when you already paid almost $300 for a room for 2 days. Also the staff lied about the deposit only being $50 and took a whole extra $100 off my card!

Breakfast area was under construction so it was grabbing go. They never changed the trash. Had to ask for clean towels. Just seems like they didn’t have enough staff where the staff wasn’t trained to do the job.

There was long black hair all over the tub, stuck to the shower curtain, spots of what appears to be of coffee or something on bathroom wall, and a spot of what looks like dry blood by the toilet

The door to go out was hard to open but they where putting in an order for that had to pay for parking found that out when we arrived but not to big of a deal

Only one associate at front desk. He was a temp and was having problems with the key system. We waited for an hour to get checked in, which unacceptable. The management team failed to provide additional help and would not answer their phone when the temp called them.

Hotel is decorated nicely. The facility is clean.

There was no clock in the room. There was mold in the show/tub area.

I like that it was in walking distance of the mall and offered 24 hr shuttle service to the airport ❤️

I understand going through a remodel is difficult but I felt my room was missing items. There was no clock, a picture missing from the wall, no body wash in the shower, towel rod falling off the wall.

The room was spacious and the pool area was perfect for younger children. Also great location to Mall of America.
