The owners were exceptionally kind and helpful. The rooms were renovated and extremely comfortable. I will continue to stay there every year during my beach trip.

In my opinion I didn't like the small TV but only because I'm used to having a large TV. But TV was OK for a 4 night stay.

Friendly & Helpful staff. Very informative of the rules and parking. A gentleman staff greeted me and helped me park my car, filled my ice bucket and fixed my lock on the bathroom door right away.

Also, what I didn’t really like about the room was as we went to sleep we could hear footsteps or noises that the guest in the top floor above us made. For examples, noise from moving furniture or footsteps pacing back and forth. The other thing that we didn’t like was the parking at the location was very crowded and the parking spaces were small. If you a small car or some cars like a small suv would be fine. They do have a 2nd parking lot that we found it to be useful which was located about 1 block away from the location.

The property was located 1 minute of walking distance to the boardwalk. My kids actually loved it. They loved it because they were able to walk to the boardwalk or to the beach several times a day whenever they wanted to. They liked that the room was cleaned. The room, the towels and sheets were cleaned. The room, bathroom, shower, kitchen seemed like they were recently renovated. We loved it that they have air conditioning and it made the room very cold. Even though, as it was with any typical window air conditioner it comes with the typical noise that any window air conditioner would have.

Everything about this place was great!! Love the old school feel of this place. I would hands down stay here again. Very clean. Staff was super friendly. The parking in front of the motel is very limited and tight. However, there is overflow parking directly behind the motel and it's certainly not an inconvenience of a walk. A few reviews made me worry until I got there. People need to stop being lazy and feeling so entitled and just walk a little more. Enjoy the scenery and get out of their phones. This place is definitely a gem for sure!!!❤️❤️❤️

The bathroom was extremely gross and dirty. It looked like someone got sick all over and it was stuck all over the walls. For my own peace of mind, I cleaned the bathroom myself. I am a professional house cleaner so I notice more details than most people. The floor in the room was full of sand but nothing a good sweep couldn't fix! The biggest complaint I have is that the parking lot is annoyingly small. If you don't stay in your parking spot you may possibly lose it. Then you need to park about a block or two away and it's rather inconvenient. NOT impossible to get to just inconvenient, but we're young and don't mind walking.

The location was excellent for the price! As a single mom of 3, I was incredibly grateful for the kitchenette so we could make some of our food to save some money. The kitchenette did have most of the necessities to cook, but be sure to check everything out because some of the utensils are flimsy. The living area itself was updated and spacious, so we had plenty of room to stretch out. The front desk woman was incredibly helpful and kind. I was able to meet the owner and the owner was such an awesome down to earth man. We will definitely be back to support!!

Parking was terrible had to park in the other lot that was at least 7 to 10 minute walk longest part is trying to cross the road they need to take over the parking lot right behind the motel this would be a 10 out of 10 if the parking was better

Car got hit the first night of staying there by a larger sized suv because the parking spots are small/ the inlet is small. I know there’s nothing you can do but it happened.

Nothing honestly!! On site parking was small but that can’t be held against them. Plenty of street parking and they have another off site parking lot not too far away. So parking is no issue.

Everything Was Great! A Family A 5 & We All Slept Great! Not Bad For A Stay In OC! The Hotel Is Very Up To Date! They Caught Us OffGuard With The Stove & Plates. We Never Stayed At Hotel With That Available. If We Ever Go BacK For A WeeKend Trip We'll Consider Coming BacK! Plus My Wife Was Happy There Was A StarBucKs Right Across The Street!

As others said the parking isn’t the greatest. However we were able to find on street parking within 1 block every time. Not really any complaints. Bathrooms could use an upgrade at some point but they are well maintained and clean.

AMAZING. Yes I kno you see it says MOTEL and you have hesitations, WELL DONT. This place is clean, friendly and a great value if you have kids and or yourself don't mind a short walk to the boardwalk. I will def be booking again next year. THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO

This was an ideal location and facility to spend quality time with family members. The surrounding area was inviting in many ways. Clean, safe atmosphere. The facility was very well managed, staff very friendly and accommodating.
