Their website needs to be changed because there is no restaurant on the site. That was one of the reasons I booked there. The furniture in the room was in poor condition. Anything pertaining to metal as in the clothes rod, kleenex holder etc Are rusted and should be replaced. They're unslightly.

It was an ok place to stay and felt safe. The grounds are nice and well kept. For the most part, it was pretty clean. Being so close to the lake right there, It's a nice little walk to enjoy the scenery and all the vacationers out there enjoying their boats.

The bed was very uncomfortable, very squeaky when you move, and I found a baby roach in the shower. There was no pictures on the wall, the bathroom door looked like someone kicked it in, and they gave me a 2 queen bed when I booked at king bed.

The staff was very friendly and the location was awesome. Loved that I could walk down to a little restaurant, have a few drinks and dinner.

I wish there were a washer and dryer, as I was traveling light and didn't have enough laundry for their in-house service. Also bummed the pool closes super early. The restaurant and bar were closed but still advertised as open. Wish there were more picnic tables open by the water.

I didn't end up being there for breakfast, I am not usually a big eater between 6 am and 9 am. Everyone was super nice, and the gentleman at the front desk upgraded us for free as I was there for my father's Funeral.

We have stayed here before and some upgrading was done since our last visit. A new vendor is also set to open the marina restaurant / bar area and this will add greatly to the experience.

The property is very dated. The coffee maker in the room did not work. There was no breakfast as advertised. The soap and shampoo were very small.

The shower had great pressure. It was close to where we needed to be.

From our perspective the mattresses were quite soft. Most eateries were two or three miles away in other parts of Palatka. The former food and drink purveying establishments on the premises seemed to be no longer functioning.

Crystal Cove is very quiet and far from almost any incidental traffic. Beyond a few boats anchored at a couple of wharves and several parked RVs the place had an almost abandoned air.

The hotel is a little further out of town o n we thought but not bad. The sad thing is the bar and grill at the on property marina was no longer in operation. We had intended to sit at the tiki bar on the water and enjoy a few drinks without having to drive anywhere (and possibly enjoy some food and live music - a relative told us they had both) but were disappointed that it had closed permanently just before our visit.

The room was clean and comfortable but a little dated. The lady that checked us in was very nice and informative.

The hotel's site says they have a continental breakfast, but there is none, just a coffee, not even a tea or decaf coffee. The furniture, chairs in particular is really worn out. And they have this weared pond inside with fish which looks odd and dirty.

it was a large comfortable room. There is a home-size refrigerator (we stayed there for daily bike rides and had a lot of food). They are cleaning every day, making the beds, and changing towels.

They need to do extensive landscaping, trim trees and bushes off sidewalks . At one point in time this was a luxurious resort.., and it could be again with some TLC.. the restaurant and bar was closed down .. it over looked the water.. the location is 2 nd to none .. they just need to make better use of it .,

Walls were thin and was able to hear a lot of noice, rooms were a little outdated, pull out beds need updated badly.

My only gripe is given the curious design of the hotel there was some noise though not disruptive from the central atrium , the design is such that a large communal space is adjacent to many rooms that are off from it , there are seating areas but also a pool table , which attracts players at all ours so the clicking of balls etc is a bit odd at 5am .I think management might want to reconsider the situation of the table away from rooms where gusts are sleeping ? other than that no issues and I would stay again

The hotel is situated a few minutes out of Palatka with all of it resources , it has a large parking area suitable for RV and boats etc with easy access off the highway with it being riverside many visitors would have direct access to the river system for boating fishing etc , there was no breakfast served at time of stay March 23 , but free coffee in the mornings , the rooms I found were spacious and everything worked as it should , cleaned to a good standard either as a base for the area or a spot to boat etc then this is a good choice at good price point .
