Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesWhat I found to be exceptionally unsatisfactory was a complete lack of any way to have coffee later in the evening, which I always do. There was no coffee maker of any kind, or a microwave, in our room, AND there was no coffee available in the lobby, NOTHING! This was a first for me, ever, in my many years of travelling, and it made a negative impression of that particular hotel. Next time in New Orleans I plan to stay elsewhere. I'm an old southern boy, and that is NOT southern hospitality!
The entire facility was spotless clean, which is a high priority for us. Staff was friendly and courteous, yet still very professional, another plus. Everything in our room worked as expected, A/C was quiet and worked very well. There was none of the usual traffic noises, or noisy other guests. All in all a good stay........,BUT........

United KingdomMy flight out of London was delayed and it meant that I was unable to be picked up as originally planned. This caused a problem. I messed up the booking date online while doing it from the plane which caused a bit of a panic (autistic traveller) and which wasn't easily resolved over the phone between connections, but was sorted on Landing. Only thing that stops this being a 10. Room was great for the money and it hours I was in it, was able to check in after midnight although had to taxi as shuttle had stopped. Overall a good option if you're in a jam.

Location of hotel was exactly where I needed it to be. It gave me the ease to do what I needed to do. The bed was SOOOO comfortable , it was quiet which let me have a great night sleep, and the staff was great!!! The shuttle back to the airport couldn't get back due to high Mardi Gras traffic, and the front desk receptionist paid for me and another guest Uber back to the airport. He went over and beyond. A+

My stay was very short but the location seems to be great if you want to stay near the airport without feeling too isolated. The Mexican restaurant around the corner was a nice surprise with great food and unteen options of large margaritas. Great value for price. The room was really comfortable.

It was 20 minutes from the place that I had to be. Food sources were nearby. It wasn’t a bad stay. The bed was super comfortable. Hate you had to pay for breakfast and you had to make orders to get it. It wasn’t like a dine in service for it to have been where they come take your order or the food is already sat out.
