Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThe last time we stayed, the pool was open 24 hrs. We were hoping for a quick dip after we returned from a concert. The pool is no longer open after 11pm. We arrived back at the hotel at 11:15. Bummer but I'd still stay again. There was also some construction going on in the lobby. AC unit in the room was a bit loud.
Clean room, comfy bed and pillows, conveniently located. Bathroom was nice except a bit of the wall peeling.

I had put in specifications that it was our honeymoon anniversary and wanted things to be special if possible. Wish something would have been done for it but this was just a little extra.

Canadathe phone didn't work and luckily a maintenance guy came by to see if I had the right chair but he fixed my TV problem since I couldn't change channels. The phone never got fixed that I know of.

United StatesNothing online mentioned renovations, exterior looked Rough when we arrived, the lobby quickly changed our assumptions to more positive, Pool was closed, I assume we got a pre renovation room, what looked like mold on the top right corner of the wall near window with the air vent.
Lobby was updated, the white marble halls on lower floors were nice as well, nice staff, as well as polite renovators (out of hotels control) but positive.
