Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. United StatesNo room service and the air conditioning. Hot in when we arrived at 4:30. However, it’s was 102* but was hot in the morning also before checkout.
Robert was attentive, professional and courteous. Thank you for the wonderful room that made my little nephew so happy! I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the breakfast cook and server that was very sweet.

United StatesThe elevators were not working then when we finally got to our room the key would not open our door so we had to go all the way back down after struggling with the elevators then once we got in our room there was some back stuff in the sink the bathroom looked like it never got cleaned and the bed was super hard and uncomfortable
I like that it is down the street from where we need to go it looks nice and presentable when you check in

United StatesThe parking was frustrating we were told confusing information and had to pay multiple times for parking. And the carpet in the rooms was dirty and old you could feel it on your feet. Also, the fire alarms were being tested by the city and there was no warning so we had to go down 8 flights of stairs to outside cause the elevators weren’t allowed in an emergency just to be told it was a drill.
The breakfast was pretty mid pretty much exactly what you would expect from hotel breakfast but I’d appreciate it if it was included with the price of the room.

United StatesThe property was more worn out than I expected. The elevators were dirty, the dresser was broken, the faucet on the bath was coming off from the wall and there was an opening into the wall space. There was a very small fridge that couldn’t hold more than a few drinks (I.e. no food containers for sure). There were black hairs around the bathroom (I don’t have dark hair) and on the supposedly clean towels. The whole building has poor AC and it was warm in the room despite curtains closed and AC on lowest (60F). There were no benches outside to wait for rides, no room service as listed on website, random people hanging out in the hallways potentially due to events and parties, including a motorcycle get together so loud and blasting music in the parking lots & the halls smelled like weed at multiple points and at one point someone must have complained because management was going around knocking on doors to try to find the source (mine included) which was inconvenient.
The staff were kind and the barkeep was particularly friendly.

United StatesOne Small roach... in the bath room on the bath matt .. Seen another roach, crawling on the outer door... Never did get any towels... Only had two large bath towels and two small hand towels.. Told the girl at the front desk several times that I needed fresh towels... She came and cleaned the room, but she didn't leave enough towels.. Maybe they were running low on Wash cloths.. ?? But I was there 3 nights.

United StatesPeople take their dogs at the hotel. I love dogs !!! but they leave the dogs alone and they do not stop barking. We complain at the front desk, and they change our room immediately which we appreciate but the down grade our room was small than the other one, no towels, the view was the air-condition unit.
