    The room. Floors needed vacuumed, the bedding had some sort of stain like blood on both beds. Ridiculous. Bathroom floor needed mopped and tub needed to be cleaned around the faucet, the drain and around the edges.

    The facility was not clean. The rooms, the lobby it was nasty. After my first night there I requested at someone come and re-clean the bathroom because it was not clean. After recounting that day after the request the bathroom still wasn't clean hair all over the pictures. The floor the bathtub it was not mine. Furniture beat up and worn down. I couldn't get the remote to work for the TV so I spent the entire trip not watching TV. And then I had a total of two rooms. So I had to pay $75 a night per room. I was there for three nights on top of the $852 that I paid. I had to place another $450 hold on my card. The hotel just was not clean enough for the price I paid. And the walls were dirty

    reservation not there, the wi-fi was terrible, and there was no trash receptacles.

    Great location for my needs, but they did not have my Booking.com reservation, and I had to pay for it again, and I still haven't been reimbursed by your company. I can't wait for your review to get to me.

    The room was dirty. The sheets and mattress pad were not clean. I went to the front desk to report it. After two hours, I went back to the desk to get a fresh sheet. Someone showed up at 11pm to inquire about the sheets. At that point I had already pulled the dirty sheet and blood stained mattress pad off the bed. The employee told me to put them in the hallway because she didn’t have gloves with her. I guess she had not planned to change the bed. The room had a mildew smell. The balcony was locked so I couldn’t open it to air out the room. The bathroom had a used bar of soap in the shower. It was obvious that the shower had not been cleaned either.

    The property was located within close proximity to Mercedes Benz stadium.

    A lot.

    The main lobby is nice. And then once you get past that it’s mid. The elevators are complicated to use and about five guests we interacted with were having the same problems. Getting to the parking garage is a whole song and dance the lobby is *L (the lowest level) but the parking garage is floor 7, but they are connected. Then you have to take the elevator to whatever floor your car is parked on. And then your room is of course on a different floor. It was so much to remember. You either have to pay $40 for the valet a day or you can use the parking garage which I only recommend taking your car out and back once a day because after 3 hours you’ll be paying $18 for up to 12 hours of parking. We arrived Wednesday night, on Thursday evening I called and asked for towels, none came. Friday morning I went down and asked for towels, they were never brought. Saturday morning I went and asked for towels, they were never brought. Then I called again Saturday night and some were finally brought two hours later, for our checkout Sunday morning… The pool was NASTY you couldn’t see the bottom of it, filled with bugs, all the chairs were broken or missing cushions. The carpets were stained. The carpet felt sticky, didn’t wanna take my shoes off. The bed was fine until after I took the sheet off to find a big (pee) stain in the center of it. The grass for you to take your dog to is next to the hotel, but I don’t think is owned by the hotel??? They didn’t have doggy bags, which I would have expected a pet friendly hotel to have. The staff I spoke with were all very nice but the hotel clearly needs some upkeep. The drinks at the bar were good enough. If you had to spend one night, then okay, but no more than that because it just got worse and worse the longer we stayed lol.

    How I didn’t get the room I paid for nor offer to clean it before downgrading my room . It was my birthday weekend flew from out of town ! Pee all over the toilet and room not clean .

    I like the location of the hotel.

    I was not happy that the parking fee was $50 per day. I do not plan to stay again because the wait times to check in are horrible! Youwill easily stand in line for 30 minutes at any given time to speakk to someone at the front desk. Also, I called the front desk from my room and on more than one occasion, there was no answer. I can tell this hotel was beyond splendid in the past, but it is now a place that I appears to be dull and I would not return unless there is a renovation.

    Room wasn’t very clean. Towels had hair in them and the shower was kind of dirty. Parking wasn’t very good either.

    No hand soap in entire hotel. Too long of wait line for check in and rooms were not available at check in time which delayed us getting to our destination later. Only 2 towels in bathroom and NONE available when we asked for more. 4 people on reservation so should have had at least 4 towels!

    Location was great except for trying to get into parking garage.

    The room was not ready when we arrived at 4 PM. There was only two towels, one raggedy, and no bath mat. We were only given one room key, which was required to access the elevator, which made it difficult when one of us had to go down and get something. Should have been given two.

    Having to constantly pay for parking. Everytime we left and came back to park garage it cost at least $18.00 USD. Thats very overpriced. Parking should be included in the reservation.

    Location was just fine even though the v12 club had very loud music most of the night.

    Everything about the hotel. Mold, no alcohol at the bar, no lunch options, coffee shop workers may or may not show up, no fridge in the rooms, ice doesnt exist....there are too many things to list.

    The best part about this hotel are the workers. They are doing the absolute best they can with an old, dilapidated hotel.

    While the staff was very hospitable the room was disappointing. From the broken coffee machine to having to request and wait for an ironing board it just was not at all what I expected from the brand…

    It was dirty. The bathroom had brown stuff on the door. Bathtub wasn’t clean, the room smelled bad so I went to Walmart and picked up cleaning supplies and air fresheners. I also used valet. I got there at 10pm Monday night and left 8am Wednesday morning but paid $150 for valet. Thought that was crazy. They also were redoing the elevators and painted one which one the only one working so you had to try not to inhale the fumes.

    Pool was closed and when I was looking for a place I put a pool was wanted and no where did it say it was seasonal it’s the south after all and it was descent weather and would have been nice to experience a rooftop pool cause we hadn’t ever experienced that! Also I wasn’t told about the deposit which I still haven’t gotten back and I barely was able to make it back home cause I didn’t financially plan for it cause I didn’t know about it and when I found out at check in they said it would be credited back to my card when I checked out and it still hasn’t posted to my account and I checked out on 4/29 before 11 attach pics shows the broken handle on the dresser and the head board fell out of the wall when I got into bed 😳

    Dry staff , no one explain parking if you didn't get valet you had to go down to this additional parking where you pay $18 rather your there 30min or 12 hrs everytime you come and go you have to pay it or you can't get out

    The bed was not made the bathroom walls had paint peeling everywhere The elevator you have to use a key card and no one said this we had to walk all the way back to the lobby with all our bags to hear him say oh yeah scan the card on the black box( THE BOX WAS NOT THERE IT WAS BROKEN SO IT WAS JUST A SPACE WITH A FEW LIGHTS) Parking there is none you either pay valet 50 or you use public down the street and it’s 36 every-time you enter so if you decide to go for dinner your have to pay again when you come back

    The plumbing in our room was horrible. Reported it but nothing was done about it. Our floor had a pungent odor and nothing was done about it. Didn’t know that the balcony was unavailable. Did NOT get the breakfast vouchers as promised!! Should have researched more. The valet parking was impeccable!! Well worth the $50!!

    I did like the fact the tub was stopped up and the sheets were dirty.
