One of the primary reasons for choosing this hotel was the advertised complimentary shuttle service and its proximity to the fairgrounds, specifically 3.6 miles away, as we planned to visit the fairgrounds daily during our three-day stay. Upon arrival, I verified the shuttle service with the front desk, noting our destination was 3.6 miles. I was informed that while the shuttle's range was only 3 miles, but walking the remaining distance would be fine. However, we later learned from the valet staff that the shuttle only operates in the opposite direction of the fairgrounds, despite it being within the advertised 3-mile radius. This misrepresentation was disappointing. Had we been accurately informed of this limitation beforehand, we would have selected alternative accommodations. As a result, we incurred additional expenses for ride-sharing and parking at the fairgrounds, in addition to the hotel parking fees. I think the shuttle information is a little misleading and should be better specified and communicated on the hotel booking information.

Location is in downtown but not many shops or restaurants nearby at a short walking distance. However, the free shuttle service did helped us get through places within DTO.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Free shuttle service is great, we enjoyed our rides, all of the drivers seem very friendly and courteous, and looks like they are enjoying their job too.

The only thing it should have more, ar elevators, it’s take a long to go down. We wait so long because the staffs have to take the same elevator with guests, just because it is few elevators. Besides that, everything was perfect.

The 2 waitress staff from breakfast. Both woman were related, lacked professional behavior & attitude. We were ignored throughout our meal, wasn’t offered drinks or refills, & even tried to take my food away while I was still eating. Both are imbeciles.

Balcony doors are locked at all times you can’t open them, ac is locked so no control in the room, the shower didn’t have a lot of water pressure was struggling to put out water and kept going from hot to cold. $25/night to park is crazy to me. You are already paying to stay there parking should not be additional.

Location is great! They have a shuttle to take you to the events at the Kia center. Restaurant onsite for breakfast and dinner. Pool and hot tub. Staff is amazing!

Very friendly staff, from concerige, reception, breakfast room to housekeeping etc. Very prompt to attend to your requests. I met Bryane, i remember her name because she came to the room to assist with kitchen supplies and went out of her ways to get all i required. Thank you to all the staff i met. Always smiling. My flight was even delayed, and promptly, I rebooked and rechecked into same room. Kudos 👏

Breakfast. I ordered a full breakfast and got nothing. Not even an omelet. I asked for latte coffee, and that was not included in a full breakfast. So don't play with customers like that.

The breakfast is not FREE or included with the room. I paid $31 plus tip for some mid.

The hotel room itself was great for the price. Decent location as well. This is usually my go to stay in Orlando.
