    Bathroom was awful toilet barely working, tons of bugs, roaches, ants and it’s very loud there.

    It served my needs and my budget. Staff was great.

    Rooms were nothing as pictured. Wanted to charge extra for a "refurbished " room. I got an old room. Couldn't extend my stay at same rate.

    Maintenance personal were quick and knowledgeable.

    Picture very misleading for the particular room we had, smelled like smoke when first arrived, better when we left.

    Cheap weekly rates. Security at night amiable when forgot keys in room. Not very friendly staff, otherwise.

    Being charged $137 for one night after my roommate stole the rent money and left I sold my computer and tv to pay to keep a roof over my head and was told if you don’t pay the while week in full now it’s $137 a night knowing my money was stolen out of the room and I had nowhere else to go could have helped pay for tonight too then booted out the room when my ride didn’t come standing outside homeless because I only have $40 left because she charged me $)137 for a room when it was lifsted as $68 and $100 weekly electronic fee we pay for the toilet paper and everything else they are rude and heartless and greedy

    Manager seemed combative to guests and his own employees (I personally had no bad interaction with him, but i observed his behavior with others) Seperately, they play rate games telling me that the 3rd party reservation is for an unrenovated (urine stained hellhole) room, and that their internet fee is 10$ more per day, and that the online rate vs in person rate vs 3rd party rate are all dofferent and result in different accomidations. I had to book direct with them at the same rate to get a renovated room. - bed linnen was not ever changed and stained with something that also stained the rug on the floor. - male bald indian housekeeper indifferent and appears to hate everyone.

    Bed was comfortable. Studio room was nice. Vending machine nearby. Laundry room upstairs.

    The pull out sofa bed didn't come with sheets or pillows, It horrible especially on the back!!

    Gerald has helped us a lot over the years and it sucks seeing him work as hard as he does being in that much pain. God Bless him and hope he gets better soon.

    The property is not compatible with the reference photos posted on Booking. These photos is from their “premium” rooms which is not available to book on Booking. So, when I did the check in they put me in a very old and uncomfortable room. They only provide one towel during all your stay even if it is a longer stayed, like 30 nights. There is no utensils in the kitchen, nothing at all. Internet is unstable. The receptionist is closed most of the time and I didn’t fell supported when I needed, they always have an excuse to not give you assistance. If you have any unforeseen circumstances and have to check out early, there is no chance of a refund, no matter what the reason, I had a loss of about $500 cause I did early check out.

    The location is good, around 20 minutes from downtown Austin. Free parking available.

    The facility was not clean at all. It does not worth a penny. The room was filthy, the furniture was broken, walls were dirty. However, the staff was courteous and helped me locate another place to stay. I do not recommend it to anyone untill they do a full renovation, not repainting but real renovation.

    The room had two king-size beds and a kitchen. Why have a kitchen if there is nothing there (no dishes, kettle, coffee machine, water, nothing). If you go to such a room, take everything (frying pans, spoons, plates, mugs, kettle). Everything is hanging on by a thread, as soon as you touch it, everything falls or falls off. The bathroom constantly smells of dampness, the neighbors upstairs with their children jump and knock over furniture until one in the morning, the beds are terrible. There is only one roll of toilet paper and two small pieces of soap in the room. There is no shampoo or gel. I do not recommend it.

    The place could be a lot better if the property was a little or lot. More organizations And the staff better trained the management needs lots of improvement on hospitality needed and dire services .

    Dirty rooms , they don’t give you more tissue , utensils for the kitchen, or new towels and wash cloths . That’s disgusting . My stay was very long . Also if you lock yourself out your room they try to charge you $10 for the inconvenience. That’s NUTS to me . I would only stay here again if I didn’t have a choice

    I don't know where to start. When I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked when I went to the room given to me. It had nothing to do with what I saw on Booking.com. Everything was black with dirt, broken and there was a very strong smell in the room. When I said I would not stay in this room and showed the room I purchased, the hotel manager said to me, 'This room is one of the renewed rooms and it is very expensive.' When I asked for a refund, after thinking about it, he showed me one of those rooms as if he was doing me a favor and I settled into the room. But it didn't end there. The air conditioner in the room neither cools nor heats, it just blows like a fan. When I said this, they gave me an extremely noisy heater and said new air conditioners would be installed in a few days. Of course, there is no air conditioning installed. I stayed like that for 20 days. There are stray dogs wandering around the hotel floors. Someone jumped on me in the elevator and I got very nervous. The owner was nowhere in sight. Another one was more aggressive, luckily I didn't come across it. One of these dogs shit right in front of my room. The owner didn't even bother to care. While I was looking around, I told someone and after a while the attendant came and cleaned it. It was around 10 am when I checked out. Frontdesk wasn't even opened yet. I left the card with the janitor and left. Nobody cared about the problems I had.

    The front desk is only open from 10 to 7. There is no after hours phone service. The access cards work 80% of the time. Twice I was locked out of the property for the night. I have seriously never seen anything like it at a motel. Have you? It is insane.

    I deserve a full refund for my stay at this property due to the most appalling conditions I have ever experienced. From multiple roaches discovered crawling around in the rooms and one that even ended up crawling on me when sleeping, feces in the lobby that was not picked up for a long time, a broken door frame that was sloppily held together with multiple screws, damaged furniture and fixtures, a toilet that was stopped up before I even used it, damage and stains in the tub and on the counters, and an absolute deep stench of smoke, old food, trash, and worse throughout the property, in every hallway and in the room, just to name a few things. One employee tried to help by moving me to another room, but there were still daily sightings of vermin crawling in that second room as in the first one and the sink was stopped up in the bathroom. I had booked and paid to stay for 9 nights, but I couldn’t take it anymore after the fourth night. I asked the manager for some sort of compensation after telling them I was leaving early and describing all of the aforementioned conditions, but they said they couldn’t do anything for me. I have photos and videos of all the things I described. I also have my booking information and the receipt for my stay that I cut short since it was such a horrible experience. If anyone visits this property, everything described would be very evident. I have been advised to complain to the state attorney general and/or post all the photos and descriptions on social media, but hopefully that won’t be necessary if the right thing is done. I have been sick since my stay and finally had the strength to send this to you. ONCE AGAIN, I HAVE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS OF EVERYTHING DESCRIBED. I have NEVER experienced such DISGUSTING and DESPICABLE conditions at any place that claims to offer civilized lodging.

    The place was dirty and smelt like weed. I had to buy smoke eliminator to spray in my room to try to get rid of the smell. The bed was hard as a rock and you had to sleep directly in the middle of the bed or you would start to fall off. The blanket was thin, the pillows were flatter then a pancake. The floors were not swept or mopped. My feet were black from walking to the shower too my clothes on the bed. When I asked the manager of housekeeping could come in, he became confrontational. And said they are not in on Fridays! When she did come in she sprayed the floor with a spray bottle and used a dry cloth to mop! The floor was still not cleaned. They don’t vacuum the small rugs, you get two small towels for a two week stay and one small roll of toilet paper! What hotel rations toilet paper? Housekeeping also only comes in one time during your stay to tidy up your room. When she did she took all my towels including my wash cloth I brought to clean my dishes! People live here full time! Every night I would be awoken by residents banging on others doors. Management closes the metal gate to the front desk before 4pm everyday and are gone on the weekend. If you need them they are gone. I also was charged $150 more for the room I booked when I had gotten to the site. The manager said Priceline don’t tell you, it’s their fault. I should have found another room somewhere else.

    My room and bathroom you flush the toilet you have to wait 15 minutes before you can flush it again. The guy who work's the front desk isn't friendly ar all. Maintenance man always looks drunk. Mold by the shower head.

    the way things were ran trying to say I didn't pay and I did even had receipt then they come up some other charges for a week I paid again something not right with the way there charging people I felt like someone was hurting for money or just don't know how to count
