The layout is not as appears on the website. The pool table room is a separate room that can only be utilized from another outside door. There were lots of bugs making it somewhat unusable. The air/heat is very inconsistent based on what location of the house you are in. Some rooms are freezing, while others are burning up. I also felt we were lacking directions based on what we should or should not do. Also, we were excited to utilize the pond, but it was grown up preventing easy access. The add says Heated Pool...but once arriving to find a cold pool, we realized it said you had to pay additional to have it heated. However, I did speak to someone who was extremely pleasant and listened to all concerns.

The location is great. The size of the home is very spacious for a large group and we were pleased with how many dishes, pot and pans, and small accessories available upon arrival. The TV room is wonderful and full of seating for all to gather easily. Internet works like a charm. Scenery is beautiful. The hot tub was great and used many nights.

The heated pool wasn’t heated enough to swim. And we paid for it. Not enough bathrooms for such a large home. Also, desperately needs upgrade oven and stove in kitchen. Double oven would be nice.

My only complaint was that there was one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one small 13 gal trash can (aside from restroom trashcans) and no extra trash bags. So for a place that accomadates 25 people you can only imagine the trash and restroom usage. But wasn’t a deal breaker, just ran to the store for the things we required. I would recommend maybe an umbrella or some sort of shade by the pool, I enjoyed the sun but with elderly family with us it was hard for them to sit and enjoy the great-grandkids playing in the pool.

Loved the location! About 5 min drive to Pigeon Forge strip. Check out was easy and didn’t require a long list of check out duties like most places which made the check out time of 10am not so horrible. The outdoor kitchen area was very nice and made enjoying a nice cookout with family a breeze. There was plenty of seating inside and everyone seemed to be comfortable and plenty of parking.

The outside of the house is looking pretty rough. We had a wedding at this venue and seeing the cracks all around the house wasn’t the prettiest. The “pool” is a container that stained my kids bodies blue (before the wedding). They swam once and weren’t able to swim anymore until after our event (the main purpose I rented this house was because the pool would keep younger kids entertained while we worked). The house was so extremely hot when we arrived. We waited and waited for it to cool down. We were miserable through the rehearsal dinner and spend about $300 in floor fans just to move the air a little. On the wedding day we had a HVAC tech running around repairing the frozen unit. We were extremely grateful to have it fixed and even fed him dinner. Ultimately we were unable to use the top half of the house for half of the stay because it was too hot. The downstairs was miserable but bearable so everyone slept in bunk beds and on couches. It hurts to pay that much money and not be able to use any of the things we originally got the house for.

The inside of the house was beautiful! Lots of natural sunlight. Fully stocked with almost anything you could want. We loved having the additional apartment space for non family members.

This is a great property, this very large and spacious for our family of 18 From 5 years to 48 years old. Everything was perfect, it will be hard to find a property like this elsewhere around the country, so we may just go back to Crestview next year. The property is very clean, with the poper amount of dishes, towels, and places to relax. Grounds are very well kept as well.

Location is PERFECT!!!! You can get to everything without dealing with the traffic. Wonderful home for large family groups. Beautiful home with an amazing view!

The new driveway made it a bit hard to find but the host was super helpful with everything! We had a wonderful family vacation there. Would absolutely recommend this spot.
