The bathroom lock didn't work. The kitchen sink didn't drain good. Accidentally let items behind and called about 25 minutes after we left to tell staff to get the items, and I'd be back to get them. When I returned the front desk, staff tried to help, but the cleaning lady acted like she didn't know what I was talking about and the items were missing. The front desk clerk let me look through the maid carts, and I found my stuff, except for a toy my granddaughter left behind. Overall, it was a nice stay. Definitely will have to be better about checking the room before I leave, but I felt the hotel should have had a lost and found or something, especially since I called and came back the same day to retrieve my items.

Overpriced. Furniture needs an upgrade….sofa in room was stained, no bedding for the pull out sofa provided and king sized mattress was very soft and squeaky.

Air conditioning in 2nd bedroom leaked onto the floor overnight. We just put some towels down to soak it up and let staff know at checkout. Breakfast options were sparse when we got down to the breakfast area, since we got there towards the end of the breakfast time.

Very nice and quiet hotel at a decent rate. This was a good option as a one night stay over after visiting Cooperstown and on our way back to Buffalo for a Niagara Falls visit. Nice 2 bedroom/2 bathroom set up, so our boys could have their own room and bathroom. There was even a good-sized and well equipped kitchen.

They could clean the lobby areas and clean the carpets in the halls.

The property wasn't clean at all, we got to a room assigned to us and it was dirty still. The breakfast was good. They closed the pool on Sunday to clean it for the day, so the kids were upset.

Hallways had dim light and were not vacuumed. Room was ok but not super clean and had odor of stale smoke. Pool nor too clean but maybe due to lots of use. Photos appear to be from when it was a newer building. Definitely more run down now.

They were only limited numbers of plugs for computer, cables, and charging cable cables.

It was clean, pleasant attractive. The swimming pool looked inviting. There was a nice secluded patio to eat on the refrigerator and microwave for Great. The bed was comfortable.

Room was spacious and comfortable, cleanliness was good, pool was very nice — not big but very clean., good towels, etc. Breakfast was better than expected - not wonderful but very good for the level of accommodation. We were there 2 nights and the breakfast was different each day. Both were very adequate with hot food, meat, waffles, fruit and yogurt. Coffee was unusually good and not served at frustrating machines with a million choices— just coffee as it should be! Overall, I had expectations of adequacy and they were significantly exceeded.

The security fee for incidentals seemed high.

The room was clean and breakfast was great. It’s also a fairly short ride to the Ocean City beach and boardwalk.
