I used the spa tub, (which was also the shower) but was challenging to get in and out of it. My husband had to help me get out of it.

The view from the room and patio was beautiful. The property was comfortable and relaxing and if you want to swim, they have a great beach, indoor and outdoor pool. While we were there they had fireworks and they were awesome!

tv remote very difficult to use when i told the front desk, they said they were working on it. not acceptable. all they needed to do was put directions for use in pamphlet elevator out of order bed very hard to get into as a shorter person bathtub very hard to get into as a shorter person

Loved the property very much but cabins were a little dark and dated. Steps up onto the porch need to be replaced. Grounds were absolutely beautiful! Restaurant on property was good. Location was close to the main town of Lake George.

We were promised a bottle of wine would be waiting in our room and it never came:( Also our room and the one next door were not marked very well and the neighbors tried to get in our room when they first arrived

Location was great, right outside of Lake George. The friendliness of the staff (the grounds keeps) were amazing! Super nice and helpful and very friendly. Will be staying here again same time next year.

the staff could have been a bit more helpful with helping us book a reservation for dinner as we were driving there and tried to call but had no reception. the person answering the booking message just kept telling us to call and make the reso even when I said we had no reception. otherwise lovely stay.

Everything, just described.

Beautiful view of the lake. Everything was clean and well kept. People in office were friendly. It was a special weekend for us since we got engaged, Could not of been happier that I chose your resort for it. The location was so convenient for everything. Very happy. Was considering coming back for a summer stay of maybe four nights but cost for two bedroom suite to bring the kids was pretty insane, we felt of $1,400 a night and that is just for the room. If you get that for the summer good for you but we could go to the Caribbean for 7 nights all inclusive for cheaper. That was disappointing and we’re not going to pay that.

The room was very dusty, all surfaces, especially around the electrical appliances. There was no housekeeping in our week stay, so no bed change. The freezer was completely iced up so unusable. There is a lot of noise from the neighbouring room through the adjoining door. An electric tea kettle would be useful.

Front desk person,assigned us a room that was occupied,said he would call maintenance to solve problem.he never called,I found a maintenance person after 20 minutes who drove me back to front desk.finally we were assigned a different room with no explanation.not a good experience!
