Construction made parking a bit tight but I imagine that will resolve one renovations are complete

Room was newly renovated. Pool was closed for renovation, but hotel is owned by the tribe and they have an on-demand shuttle between their casino hotel across the street and Creekside Hotel and they let us use their better and bigger pool there. Kids loved it.

The beds were not queen size but sold as a double queen room. The price did not seem to fit, based alone on the fact that it's all under construction and the bed sizes were not correctly advertised. The parking was a bit tight due to the construction as well.

The cleanliness of the facility and friendliness of the staff. The room was fairly quiet throughout the night and that's impressive with it being next to a truck stop.

confusion over Holiday Inn Express bookings online. I had to cancel the Creekside and keep the Holiday Inn at a cheaper rate but then got charged more than my booking anyway. After calling and asking about the rate I was charged, hotel staff said their manager Russell Terry would call me back and straighten it out but I never got a return call.

Average breakfast, would be nice to have a vegetarian with or without egg option.

Not a big deal, but if you find yourself in Room 320, and you want hot water in the sink, be aware that the plumber mixed the supply lines under the sink, so after waiting about 10 minutes and having run the tub long enough to find that, yes, they did provide hot water. I turned off the hot (left) side and turned on the cold (right) side, and sure enough, we found what we were looking for-nice hot water in the sink.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, and on the opposite side of the freeway from the casino. Breakfast was ok, I do like oatmeal from a pot and they provided nuts, raisins, and cinnamon to enhance it. I’m not a fan of powdered eggs, but they had some descent sausages and varieties of cereal and bread.

The room needed a bit of maintenance. The floor lamp didn't work, needed to be replaced. Outlet beside bed #1 wouldn't hold a plug. Otherwise the room was very clean and nice.

The property is going through renovations. At times there was a loud noise like rushing water through pipes coming from through the wall. the first time was at 10 pm, I called the front desk and after explaining the sound I was told it was coming from the laundry and that no more loads of wash would be done that night. At 8 am the sound began again. I was up and getting ready to start my day so it was not an issue. I did tell them at check out that I would not stay there again if my room was located by the laundry. The associate thanked me for my comments and said she would forward them on to management. If not for the laundry issues, they would have received higher scores from me.

Some rooms, including ours, faced Interstate 5, so there were some occasional loud trucks and motorcycles through the night.

Breakfast was excellent. The hot foods were frequently refreshed by the attendant, and the overall vibe of the breakfast space was relaxing. In the room, the HVAC unit had a quiet fan (great for sleeping through the night). Overall, the room was clean and well kept.

I had several items to choose from, the typical egg, sausage foods and the typical cereal foods. I appreciated the breakfast hours. They offered breakfast from 7-10am. The staff made sure that all foods were available during those hours.

Room needed another pillow for king sized bed...had 3 needed a fourth...thought my reservation was for larger room....window looked onto roof and yucky stuff, no towel hanger for hand towel at sink & counter top small to accommodate laying down

Our room was next to elevator and ice machine. So a little noisy. It did quiet down at night.

It was convenient on and off the freeway. Staff was very nice. Great morning breakfast. My grandson loved the pool.
