The only minor downsides were that street parking was difficult sometime, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow and the water pressure in the shower could have been stronger.

Overall, it was a very nice stay. The room was extremely clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-equipped. The service was great as well, and the host was very friendly and welcoming. The location was also convenient, with easy access to many places.

I left food in the shared fridge, and the next morning it was gone. I do not know if it was thrown away by the cleaning person, or stolen by someone else in the house. If it was for cleaning reasons, I would have appreciate it that the fridge had clear instruction on how to store food and how to avoid my food being thrown away.

The room’s ground was not that clean. The sheets and bathroom sink had some stains. The location pinned on booking is not really accurate. When we received the address just before arriving we realized it was a bit on the west of the original location. It was still ok but instead of a 20min walk to BMO stadium it was 30min.

The building / house is great. Located 30min walk from BMO stadium. Neighborhood is safe and calm even at night. Room and well furnished. Fast foods near the house.

You're gonna hear a lot of foot traffic if you have someone on the floor above you. Also there's a way closer location to the Shrine Auditorium if thats why youre here. 😀

Clean, secure. Very nice kitchen and laundry facilities although I only needed the hot kettle h20. Email check in and door codes were very convenient and timely. Much appreciated. 10 min walk to the 102 bus back to the airport.

It was very clean. Although the room was small, it had everything we needed and it didn‘t feel cramped. Big kitchen with modern equipment, there wasn‘t anything we couldn‘t find.

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. We booked the room for two people, but upon arrival there was only one set of towels. It took two days to receive the second set, and only after I personally asked the cleaning staff. The soundproofing is very poor — this is actually a house with multiple rooms, and each room has a keypad lock that beeps loudly whenever someone enters their code, even during the night. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the bed was small for 2 people. Shortly before checkout, we had an issue with the toilet — the water started rising when flushing. When I contacted the host, they simply brought us a plunger and said, “You can do it yourself.” That kind of response was quite disappointing. On top of that, we received a message before departure asking us to take out all the trash ourselves — including the bathroom bin — even though there was no cleaning service during the stay.

The only positive aspect was that the host responded quickly to messages, which we appreciated.

I had an amazing stay here! The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with anything I needed. Even before I arrived, the staff (sophia) I communicated with online were very helpful and responsive, making sure all my questions were answered and arrangements were made. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfectly appointed - everything was just spot on. The location was fantastic. Plus, it's in a quiet and safe area, which made me feel really at ease during my stay. What really impressed me was the affordability the price was incredibly reasonable for the quality of service and amenities. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay without breaking the bank. Five stars!

Tenants do not keep track of their laundry after washing and drying. Things can lie in the machine all day and others cannot use it.

🚨 URGENT SAFETY CONCERN - POLICE INVOLVEMENT - DO NOT BOOK I am writing this detailed review as a serious warning about dangerous and unacceptable conditions at 1340 W 35th St near USC. This is not just about comfort - this is about safety. SEVERE SECURITY ISSUES: • Property has experienced break-ins • Had to call LAPD when a homeless individual broke in and refused to leave • Multiple homeless individuals were found sleeping in common areas • No apparent security measures or controlled access • Management seems completely unaware or indifferent to these issues UNSAFE LIVING CONDITIONS: • All-night parties with no supervision or security • Constant noise throughout the night making sleep impossible • Multiple unauthorized people coming and going at all hours • Shared spaces are completely unsupervised GUEST EXPERIENCES: • During my brief stay, I spoke with multiple other guests who were equally shocked and distressed • Several guests were trying to find alternative accommodations • Many reported feeling unsafe, especially at night • Multiple complaints to management went unaddressed COMPLETE MISREPRESENTATION: • Advertised as a private room but is actually an unsecured dorm-style setup • Photos and description are completely misleading • No mention of the serious security issues in the listing • Zero transparency about the actual living conditions IMPORTANT WARNING:I was forced to leave in the middle of my stay due to serious concerns for my personal safety. The cleaning fee. Also the common area is dity with stove even with cleaning fee charges. The cleaner left towel and bedsheets in the drying machine overnight.

No breakfast and location is good.
