There was a plastic mattress cover on the King bed, and the sheet kept popping off the mattress cover.

We really loved our stay at Cozy House. The house was really comfy and there was an immediate feeling that these folks like dogs! Ryan was extremely helpful and made us feel we could depend on him to help us if needed. When you drive up to the house, there is a small apartment complex and it is in a neighborhood. We were concerned that it might be noisy. It was not! Very peaceful. The location was perfect for restaurants and attractions. We hope to go back to Cozy House in the near future.

Very nice accommodations. Very close to the main strip. If needed, you could walk to a lot of stuff to avoid traffic delays during the busy times. Had a nice large yard that would have been great if we would have brought our dog.

We stayed at this property in Pigeon Forge over Christmas, and it was a fantastic experience! The owner, Ryan, had excellent communication, was very attentive, and checked in on us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The house itself was lovely—spacious enough for our family and located in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood despite being so close to all the attractions. One of the highlights for us was that the house is pet-friendly and had plenty of pet accessories to make our furry friends comfortable, including a dog bed. We unexpectedly had to bring our cat with us at the last minute, and it was a lifesaver that Ryan was so accommodating. The thoughtful touches made all the difference! The kids had a wonderful time, and the house was well-equipped with everything we needed, including amenities for cooking, doing laundry, and toiletries. It was also spotlessly clean, and we loved the charming decor throughout the home—it really added to the cozy holiday vibe. The only minor issue was that the main master bedroom bed sank a bit in the middle. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but if you have back problems, you might consider using one of the other rooms. Overall, we truly loved our stay! We would absolutely rent this house again in the future and highly recommend it. You won’t regret booking this property!

The home was beautiful and the host was so nice. I slept great because the bed was so comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect because we did a lot close by. We did go to a couple places that were outside of Pigeon Forge but the majority of our trip was based in town. I will absolutely stay here again!

The property was AMAZING! Very cozy and comfortable. More than enough room for my family! Including my kids with 4legs! 3mins from the strip where everything is located! Will absolutely stay here again! The house has EVERYTHING you will need while staying! The beds are all very comfortable as well.
