I honestly can't think of anything - a well-deserved 10 stars!

This was the perfect spot for a weekend couple's getaway! The location was beautiful, private, and serene. The room itself was spotless and so carefully laid out with all the necessities, as well as a few bonus touches that made us feel very welcome. We would absolutely come back for another trip to the coast.

Unfortunately I assumed there was a kitchen and brought lots of "our" food to cook there. Thus our costs increased a lot due to the high prices of restaurants nearby. I will always check in the future.

No breakfast is provided and property is 6-8 miles from breakfast places.

Beautiful, large room and bath, and exceptionally clean. Very comfortable king bed. Lovely deck to sit with morning coffee or a glass of wine, while listening to the ocean waves crashing. Would absolutely stay here again.

No directions on how to use the coffee pot. Figured it out, but shouldn't have needed to. Water in the bathroom took a very long time to get warm.

Beautiful location, well-appointed and spacious guest suite. Within a short drive of several solid dining options in both Point Arena (to the north) and the town of Gualala (to the south). Alina, the host, was not on-site during our stay, as far as we could tell, but she was responsive to our questions and requests over the Internet.

Overall look and feel is just phenomenal. Very cozy. The host is super responsive. The location is great: just outside of the US-1, quiet, yet close to the ocean. And the place has an EV charger which is great.

The room was clean and cozy, beautiful location with an ocean view. Everything was easy, no complicated procedures for checking in or out. We had a great stay.

As promised it was cozy. Quiet. Private. Very comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom with a skylight. Lots of light. Bedroom windows face the meadow and the ocean view. Contentment: Lying on the bed in the late afternoon light, after a good walk at Gualala Point Regional Park. The wind blows outside but you are snug.

Warm,inviting and cozy with an airy costal vibe. Fully stocked room and bath with all the amenities you could possibly want. Great coffee and tea bar with all the extras. We were not in need of anything. No internet issues with plenty of conveniently placed charging cords. Meticulously cleaned! Great attention made to details. Gorgeous view of the ocean!! This stay was great! The property is beautiful, serene and quiet- exactly what we were looking for during New Years. The room and bathroom is immaculate and clean...loved that. Also she thought of everything....everything you need is there and available in the room. The owner was accessible as well anytime I had questions. Thank you so much, we will be back again
