ארצות הברית6 חוות דעת”Economical, convenient location, safe yard for dog, pleasant host, with mild recommendation for enhanced cleaning/”Recommend host direct her cleaner to be more thorough overall. Some overall reorganization and decluttering , and selective paint refresh ( woodwork)would really enhance property presentation as clean, well cared for, and stylish. Switch out kitchen table and chairs to standard height( pub style uncomfortable).
Good sized fenced backyard a HUGE plus for our champion dog to relax after events at dog show, and was main reason rental chosen. Location was convenient to Publix. It was quiet, and homes adjacent had friendly dog owners. There was effort to provide heat during unusual freezing weather. Mattress comfortable overall. No problem with WiFi or TV. Cost of accommodation was very reasonable and host was excellent with responding to messages. Host provided nice coffee set up, and refrigerator adequately clean.

ארצות הברית4 חוות דעתירודUpon entering the property, the gate had loose wires, which were unsafe and scratched my hand as I unraveled the attached chain. The code for the front door was inaccurate. When I contacted the owner, she stated, "Someone else mentioned the code was wrong". However, when asked if she was coming over to assist, she said "no, I'm thinking about what to do", and the phone was disconnected. I later texted her the code she provided for the laundry room was the code for the front door. She never responded. The second bedroom with the trundle sheets had hair on the linen, and the trundle bed mattress was very thin. One of the living room sofas had stains on the cover, the other had stains on the cushions.
There was not much to like about the property.

It was the most convenient place I’ve ever been able to find that was honestly the distance to the Livestock Pavillion as stated. That was extremely important to me. It was in a safe area and well kept.

Super Clean, comfortable bed, great security in nice peaceful neighborhood and convenient to drive to stores, lovely & spacious yard. Everything a guest could need and more was provided. The Host is very responsive and helpful.
