There was nothing to not like.

It was very clean and it also had things there for a day at the beach like beach towels and a cooler bag which I thought was thoughtful. The location was EVERYTHING! We were no more than 15 minutes from literally anything. The beach was 10minutes away! The area was quiet and right across from a park which was a dream for my 2 yr old son.

It was very big nice and clean! Three full bathrooms in each bedroom. Cleaning supplies for laundry and dish washer it was even seasoning in the kitchen. Great location everything is 7 to 10 minutes away. Great communication with the host Anthony I will definitely be back. I daughter loved this house she just kept saying how beautiful it was. It just made her birthday so much sweeter thank you.

Basically nothing.

It's very organized. Very easy to check in and out. Super clean and comfortable. Only 8-10 minutes to Wrightsville beach. My boys had so much fun at the Jungle family water park which is only 4 minutes drive from the location. Highly recommended.

It was impeccable at our arrival and had a good setup. My family and I stayed for a full week and we had an exceptional stay, thanks to our host, Anthony. He was incredibly flexible and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. Anthony went above and beyond, even offering to travel from Raleigh to Wilmington to retrieve some important items my wife had forgotten at the property. His dedication and kindness made our experience truly amazing. Highly recommended!

This is not a negative comment about the condominium. Being a senior couple we are not use to the streaming services that are now on most smart TVs that are in VRBOs and properties like this on Booking.com.

The property was just as described. The thing our party enjoyed most, was its excellent location to everything. It seriously was situated right between Wrightsville Beach and Wilmington.

Property was spotless and basically brand new. Our daughter just moved to Wilmington and when we visit we will definitely be staying here again. The location was great! If you’re wobbling between properties, choose this one. Bedroom downstairs and 2 upstairs all with their own tv and bathroom. it rained while we were there but there’s a little back patio you can sit out on too. Kitchen was well appointed and had basic spices for use. I suggest emptying the ice when you get there to insure fresh ice. I always do this for out of season visits. Great visit for us and our 3 teen to adult children.

Wonderful place to stay. I invited my maid of honor and bridesmaids for a weekend getaway to Wilmington to celebrate my bachelorette weekend. We had so much fun. The place was in a great location and we got to visit every place on our list from Wilmington to Wrightsville and Carolina Beach to Kure Beach. Can’t wait to come back to this Condo for future visits.
